He stated that Russian President Dmitry Medvedyev invited Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents to Moscow in order to show Russia’s superiority in comparison with other co-chairs to the OSCE Minsk Group. The political scientist considers that progress is possible if Moscow supports Baku in the negotiation process.
