Romania supports solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, Lazar Comanesku, Romanian foreign minister, who was on a visit to Baku on November 14, stated about it.
Touching upon the relations between Romania and Azerbaijan, the minister emphasized that these relations develop successfully in a number of spheres.
L.Comanesku, stating that Azerbaijan and Romania are strategic partners, emphasized the necessity of developing joint co-operation in Black Sea region and stated that unsettled conflicts in the region affect negatively the regional security, as well as the security of energy corridor.
Visa regime between Azerbaijan and Romania will be cancelled soon and talks are held regarding this issue, the diplomat stated.
Romanian minister, stating that the international energy Summit held in Baku was arranged on a high-level, said he was satisfied with the Summit results.
