Vasiliy Istratov, Russian Ambassador in Azerbaijan was called to AR Foreign Ministry on January 12.
The diplomat was called to the ministry in connection with the information in the media that ammunitions worth US $800 mln had been given to Armenian armed forces from Russian military base №102 located in Armenia’s Gumru city. Istratov was given an official questionnaire to confirm whether the report was true or not in the meeting with Deputy Minister, Araz Azimov. Russia will clarify the issue regarding questionnaire, V.Istratov stated.
