“The situation connected with Nagorno Karabakh is very sensitive. Negotiations are conducted between Azerbaijan and Armenia by the participation of mediators, first of all, by the participation of Russia.
These negotiations are related to Nagorno Karabakh and neighboring territories. There is progress in the negotiations”, said head of Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, President of Russian State Duma Boris Grizlov at the meeting held in Armenia, APA reports quoting RIA Novosti. He said that he had engaged in Nagorno Karabakh conflict for a long time and devoted much time in this problem: “I may say that, exact and clear steps are taken for the moment. There is a perspective of soonest adoption of appropriate decisions for the solution to the problem in the near future”.
