Russia will contribute to put an end to instability in neighbor regions grounding on the principles of the international law, RF President, Dmitry Medvedev stated in Kremlin in his appeal to the Federal Congress on November 5.
“Taking as a basis respect to existing formats we’ll contribute to the solution of the conflicts in Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh, co-operate with all the related sides and achieve mutually adopted agreements”, head of the Russian government stated.
Speaking about common security issues Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that it was about time to set up a new global collective security establishment having equal relation to every region.
The Russian President considers it necessary to continue work over strengthening the legal basis of international relations. The President saying “Jointly adopted norms and principles of the international law should define the rules in the issues of worldwide importance” emphasized that otherwise, the world will come across international chaos and indeed it would be impossible to preserve the international legal rule.
