The anniversary of Khojaly genocide is planned to be held abroad with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation by nearly 50 embassies, consulates and representations of Azerbaijan.
As in previous years, the commemorative events devoted to the 17th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide will be held in Washington, New York, Warsaw, London, Dubai, Kiev, Moscow, Berlin, Strasburg, Brussels, Bucharest, Geneva, Ankara, Istanbul, Prague, Paris, Tbilisi and other cities.
The “Khojaly genocide” film produced by Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the photos reflecting the savagery committed by Armenians in Khojaly town, the materials published in divers times by the authoritative foreign editions about the Khojaly genocide, as well as the pictures picked at the expositions “Khojaly with eyes of children” arranged by Heydar Aliyev Foundation at schools and children’s homes will be displayed at the anniversary-devoted events. It is planned to demonstrate the collection of “Karabakh realities” and the book “War against Azerbaijan: taking to aim at cultural heritage” got to be written by Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
It is notable that the collection of booklets “Karabakh realities” contains the all-round information about the history of Karabakh, the origin of the conflict, the Khojaly genocide, the consequences of the Armenian aggression, and the activity of Armenian terrorist organizations against Azerbaijan. The collection has been published in English, French, Russian, German and Hungarian languages and spread in many countries. But the book “War against Azerbaijan: taking to aim at cultural heritage”, published in English, provides the detailed information about Armenian vandalism against our national-historical monuments.
The members of different organizations, diplomatic missions, the cities’ population, as well as foreign journalists have been invited to the anniversary-devoted events to form public opinion and provide the world community with objective and precise information about the Khojaly genocide.
As in previous years, the propaganda materials worked out by Heydar Aliyev Foundation in connection with the Khojaly genocide will be spread in a number of the world countries.
