Turkey highly estimates Russia’s hosting talks between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“It is a fact that no solution can be achieved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict without Russia’s support”, Turkish Foreign Minister, Ali Babajan stated. However, it is impossible to reach a settlement of any conflict in this region without participation of Turkey and the United States.
”The steps undertaken by Turkey since September 2007 at various levels to contribute to the solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the steps undertaken by Russia regarding the same issue supplement each other”, the minister emphasized.
