A group of scouts of the Armenian armed forces attempted to cross the Azerbaijan border in the direction of Agdam village of Tovuz region on July 19, at about 00:30 o’clock, Eldar Sabiroglu, head of the press service of the AR Defense Ministry informed. He stated Azerbaijani military had prevented Armenian scouts’ effort. One scout was killed, and others could flee. The body of killed Gor Mikhailovich Manasian and his weapons remained in the Azerbaijani side.
