“We haven’t said that Nagorno-Karabakh will participate as the third part in talks”, Bernard Fasie, the French co-chair to the OSCE Minsk Group stated about it, APA informs.
We stated that at a definite stage of talks the people living in Nagorno-Karabakh before the conflict started will participate in talks, the French diplomat said. “The people living there before the conflict, both – Azerbaijanis and Armenians were meant there. We didn’t say the “Nagorno-Karabakh party”, we talked about the people living there before the conflict. Those people – Azerbaijanis and Armenians will participate in negotiations. But the time is uncertain. Their participation in negotiations hasn’t been yet defined”.
