One by one European Union countries are adopting severe resolutions against migrants. Italy is leading in this situation.
Web site “Media Forum” informs that the House of Representatives of Italian Parliament adopted new law project about migrants. According to the new project illegal migration to Italy will be considered as a crime. In another words, illegal migrants in Italy will be made answerable for. 316 deputies voted for 258 deputies voted against the law.
According to the Interior Minister of Italy Roberto Maronini new law doesn’t violate anyone’s rights. In spite of this, Italian opposition sharply criticized the law. People who were against the law held protest demonstration in front of the parliament building. The demonstrators consider that racist law shouldn’t be adopted in a democratic country.
The law will come into force after Senate confirms it.
Swiss government also took some measures against migrants. Even if Switzerland is not a member of European Union it limited the activity of migrants coming from member states. The reason is increasing unemployment in Switzerland. But as in Italy this law was also criticized in Switzerland. The representative of Switzerland Labor Association considers that these restrictions will decrease the interest towards Switzerland market.
Among European Union countries mostly people from Germany and Portugal are coming to Switzerland. Most of surgeons in Swiss clinics are Germans.
