“Replacing of the Russian and US co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are talks for the present”, chief of the International Relations Department of Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov told APA.
Mammadov said the process between Turkey and Armenia toward the normalization of relations would impact on the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents in Chisinau, Moldova in October. “I can’t say will the meeting take place or not, but the process will certainly impact on that meeting”.
