“It is impossible to resettle the IDPs from the hostels of the higher schools at once. It should be realized in stages,” Education Minister Misir Mardanov said, APA reports.
Commenting on Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov’s statement that the IDPs would be resettled from the hostels, Misir Mardanov said the head of state had given some information at the meeting of the Cabinet.
“Ali Hasanov made the statement basing on that information. President has given an instruction to construct houses for the IDPs settled in the hostels of higher schools, educational establishments,” he said.
According to Misir Mardanov, the process will start this year.
“But it is impossible to resettle the IDPs from the hostels of the higher schools at once. It should be realized in stages. As far as I know, measures will be taken in connection with this in one or two of the higher schools,” he said.
