DRIVER’S STORY
There were two Armenian foreigners in the group of cultural delegation which was in an Armenian region. Armenians wanted to invite them to their home as they considered it as honor, but the foreigners didn’t use to agree – they could be disgraced. They were located at the splendid House of guests (in the comparison of that places), which was built at the previous years for foreign lodgers. It was planned to use the French as much as possible, and so, they were divided: one of them went to sovkhoz (state farm), another one would be taken to students. And so were their days in the region. Absolutely, it had to be given cars to each of them as they were divided. I was one of the drivers, we went everywhere with that French man and his custodian from a local security center, and somebody from City Execution Power. Every morning I took my foreigner from the House of guests, brought to Execution Power, after little interval, until the foreigner visited some cabinets, carried him and his protectors to direct addresses. And here, – it was the third day of being at the delegation in Stepanakert, – I was standing in front of the Execution Power as usual and was waiting for my French guest. Ten minutes passed, but the guest didn’t return. And at that moment an unknown man came to me and asked me if we could speak for a little time secretly. We moved apart, and suddenly the unknown man asked me if I wanted to earn much money. Of course, I needed a work, and asked him what was required from me. “Very little”, – he answered, to take my French guest to his home as a guest. I asked him at first why he needed it, and if there wasn’t any swindle there. His answer completely surprised me. No, he answered, there wasn’t any swindle, and he needed the French guest just boast of him near relatives and neighbors. And he added that everybody, who hears about his brotherhood with the French man, will be bursting with envy. That was his illness. Of course, there wasn’t anything to attach importance, but I seriously needed to earn money. I also shared my alarm with the protector. I know, – he answered me, – and you speak to him, promise him a half of the money. Maybe he will agree.
By the way, the protector, as I noticed, was clever, and that’s why I hoped to make him agree. And I said:
– We can try, but a half of the amount you suggested is little for this work.
After little hesitating, the unknown expanded the amount twice, and I, ordering him wait for me, approached the protector. I didn’t have to talk a lot with the protector, and we discussed the suggestion and thought if there would be any other way out. After half an hour, taking the unknown’s address and planning a place to meet after dinner, I and the protector, the French and somebody from Execution Power went to collective-farm to meet peasants. After the little meeting, there was organized dinner full of a lot of wishes for the guests, and I and the protector, planning to realize our work, started to make the worker of the Execution Power and the French to drink, but for a little dose.
Our plan worked, and when the worker of Execution Power was completely drunk, we returned to the city. The French, being in a happy mood, sang a song about Catherine during the whole way. Concretely, everything was better than we supposed, and when we entered the city, I asked him to go to his home for only five minutes as the members of the unknown’s family wanted to see him very much. The French didn’t refuse, and we appeared at the unknown’s very soon. We rose to the second floor, a flat full of people, where the unknown stood at the door and when he saw the French he hang him as an old friend, and licked for three times. They asked the French to sit, and drank two cups of cognac arm in arm. After the second cup, the French, rocking, toasted in French. Nobody understood what he said, but the protector, who didn’t know even a word in French, translated the toast as if he knew French. Everybody applauded him, and the photograph who were invited by the family, took photos of every moment. And the time appeared to make the unknown settle a score with us. And then we took the staggering French down to car. The French again shouted something, and the protector translated it as he kissed everybody. Yahoo! – the crowd cried. We took our French guest to the House of guests, where he slept till night. The delegation left Armenia at the next day, and the protector and I relaxed that no any official knew about our fraud. Surely, it wouldn’t be beneficial for us. And that’s the whole story…
The driver paused, smiling under his moustache and remembering about his lucky and funny fraud. I also calmed, surprising at manifestation of human ambition.
– Could you see that boastful uncle again?
– Yes, nearly for three times, but he didn’t answer to any of my regards. As if he hadn’t met me even once. It is just a wonder, – the driver answered me.
But there wasn’t any wonder, surely, and the boastful uncle didn’t know the driver because he believed as if the French came there only to meet him. This is the intelligent Philistin.

Official demonstration of Armenian-sided position
The latest step of Russia can’t be called in a different way
During the previous century, the ancient northern neighbor of Azerbaijan repeatedly proved its careful, full of love attitude to Armenians and Armenia which was always against Azerbaijan.
Unfortunately, this negative situation exists also at present in a very strong and open form, which the recent Russian-Armenian protocol about making changes in double-sided agreement about military bases in Armenia from 1995 proved. What does this protocol mean?
Let’s begin from that the below-mentioned document, lengthening till 2044, was prepared on a commission from the president of Russia Dmitriy Medvedyev and was signed during his visit to Armenia on August 19-20 of the current year.
As it was clear from the text of the Protocol which was published at the official site of Russian leadership, “Russian military base, furthermore the realization of functions of protecting the interests of Russian Federation, provides safety of the Republic of Armenia cooperating with Military Forces of the Republic of Armenia during its existence at the territories of Armenia.
The Russian side realizes the provision of the Armenian Republic with the modern and foreign, military (special) techniques to reach the underlined aims”.
By the way, before and after the adoption procedures of the documents, some Russian officials of high rank didn’t avoid from even deception of society. For example, minister for external affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov declared: “The main purpose in adoption of the protocol in addition to the agreement about dislocation of Russian military base in Armenia, is existence of perspectives for plans of long-term. And all other functions, realizing by the Russian military base in Armenia, stay invariable”. As you see, this doesn’t look like to other disgusting lies of the government!
Of course, from the formal view point Russia, as a sovereign state can organize relations with all states and realize cooperation with all provinces including military relations. But it’s completely other problem if it is connected with Armenia. We will try to explain it above. Let’s remember some facts about Russian support to Armenians during Armenian-Azerbaijani war, and also illegal transport of Russian armed forces to Armenia at the last two decades; inhabitants of the occupied Azerbaijani regions including the authors of these lines – witnesses of participation of Russian soldiers in the war against Azerbaijan, even plenty of memories of the Russian soldiers themselves prove this; in the nineties the late general Lev Pokhlin revealed free transport of weapons costing billion dollars to Armenia and despite the leadership of Russia refuted this for a long time, at last it had to confess the fact; according to mass media, weapons costing 800 million dollars were given to Armenians in 2008 from the 102nd military base of Russian Federation (RF) located in Armenia, by the list with the sign of head of the arms – substitute of commander of fighters of the Northern-Caucasus military sphere by provision with weapons, lieutenant general Vyacheslav Golovchenko; there were given also armed forces called from Georgia to Armenia. And all these are a little part of several facts about illegal Russian military support to Armenia. At this moment we remember Lavrov’s quote that clearly demonstrate their hypocrisy and absolute incorrectness between work and talking: “Russia will never give weapons to any other region if it causes destabilization of the situation in the region. I mean both the Caucasus and Middle East or any other region”.
And now the result: adoption of the underlined contract (or consent) between Russia and Armenia about making changes to the double-sided agreement about the Russian military base in Armenia from 1995 is illegal, it is contrary to many international norms and documents, although the Russian side tries to ground it with early adopted different Armenian-Russian contracts including the contract about organization of the Agreement about collective safety and double-sided cooperation. Before of all, for that famous reason Armenia, which Russia considers as its stronghold, appears as an aggressor country occupying 1/5 part of Azerbaijani territories and being at war situation with Azerbaijan at present. This step of Russia, being the next official demonstration of its Armenian-sided position and physical deprivation of sovereignty of Armenia for a long period, is dangerous for not only Azerbaijan, but also the states of the whole region – Georgia, Turkey, Iran, because it disorders balance in the province of armament and doesn’t serve to provision of safety and stability in this sensible region by any means. And Russia yearns to prevent the Turkish pact of stability in Caucasus.
It is absolutely clear that the Russian-Armenian agreement, juridical documents according to traditional sympathy of RF and Armenia, seeks to strengthen position and gives stimulus for the last one in the problem of regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. Russia, officially recognizing territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, demonstrated again their support and encouragement to occupation politics of Armenia. No doubt that providing the support of “elder brother”, basing on its power given them, this country-aggressor increases its non-constructiveness in the negotiation process for the next time, it will conduct itself more boastfully and will impudently prevent the regulation problem.
So, Russia, with its politics by militarization of Armenia, demonstrated its carelessness in the regulation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, put its mediation in the peaceful regulation of the conflict under doubt. It is necessary to pay attention to two documents. First. By the below-mentioned protocol Russian military forces promise to provide safety of this country, and at the first glance, it has neither relation with Azerbaijan, nor the events in Nagorno Karabakh. But in reality it just seems so, and all these were planned purposely, because nothing can make Armenia or Russia create aspect of “creators of threat for safety” firstly and make excuses for military operations against Azerbaijan. You know, many similar events are known to the whole world. And if Azerbaijan refreshes the military operations to free its territories (we don’t mean attack to Armenia, but freeing its territories!), if the peaceful way of regulation doesn’t work (it seems it will be so), all these reasons will be enough. Second. As the result of the intercession of the co-chairs of MG of the OSCE, continuation of its activities at the present situation are just meaningless: Armenian-sided position of RF became more clear, it is known long ago the old, famous “internal familiarity between Armenians and the French” (Jak Shirak, previous president of France), and Armenian diaspora in America doesn’t give rest to the American leadership.
So, Russia sets its “brother” Armenia, country-aggressor against the whole region. Who will take its collar now?

Fear for the liberation of the occupied territories
or of that is afraid Armenians?
Recently there was a visibility of certain revival in the course of negotiations on settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict. I underline that this is nothing more than visibility, because there is nothing concrete there, most likely, and it is not necessary to expect.
It is not necessary, first of all because of continued non-constructive position of one of the parties of the conflict – Armenia. Neither the numerous meetings of presidents of two countries, neither of the Presidents of the co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group in Toronto, nor the July visit to the region U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton nor peacekeeping appeal influential political figures, condition especially shown by Turkey in connection with liberation of the occupied Azerbaijan lands a little or slightly had no effect on the Armenian side – as always, progresses there all the same characteristics Armenian negative: no-constructivism, complacency, insidiousness, multi-faced, hypocrisy, aggression, hostility towards other nations, etc., etc.
And so, against the above-stated diligence began to be heard tricky one another
applications from many different sectors of Armenian society, from the Armenian President, other officials and ending with different kinds of political scientists and party functionaries. Though how illogical, but here on perceived hostility axiom conditions for the withdrawal of troops from occupied Azerbaijani lands. For example, Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan immediately snapped in the given occasion: “Neither of which the withdrawal of the Karabakh forces (i.e, the Armenian forces – G.Z) can not be out of the question until Azerbaijan will not agree to accept the status of the NKR (i.e, the so-called “Nagorno Karabakh Republic” – G.Z) and return the occupied territories from NK”. It is unclear what kind of “occupied territories from NK” raves this gentleman. We note that such statements were previously and Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan and Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.
In this sense, “revealing” and newly appeared movement with the loud name “Sardarapat” which has acted with rather typical initiative work. The statement of Zhirayr Sefilyan, Alec Enigomshyana and Zaruhi Postanyan – “leaders” of the movement – feels that they did not want to hear about the withdrawal of Armenian troops from occupied territories, but call upon all Armenians to unite in the issue of appropriation of Azerbaijani lands. Authors of the statement have addressed to all Armenians with an appeal “to realize that their responsibility – not just to achieve the recognition of the Genocide of Armenians and to resist the modern calls in front of Armenia and the Armenian people. The most actual for today is settling of the released territories of Artsakh, and also creation of conditions for a moral, fair and worthy life of Armenians in the country”.
While “sardarapattsy” not satisfied with one only Nagorno-Karabakh, they have a grudge and the area around it, calling them “flat-Karabakh” and even Nakhichivan: “Artsakh (Nagorno and Flat Karabakh) is the Armenian territory. Armenians have been considered and considers here the indigenous population and Artsakh is an ethnic homeland of the Armenian people”. Incidentally, one of the authors – A. Enigomshyan – the notorious international terrorist, ready to work with certain Suzy Mahseredzhyan on October 3, 1980 in room one of the hotels of Geneva “infernal machine”, which was broke off in the hands of the same terrorists. While the two bombings losers arrested, and in ASALA, whose members were, there was a branch, and a new terrorist group under the name “Organization on October 3” was created. Another “sardarapatovets” J.Sefilyan, a native of Lebanon, also took part in terrorist combat.
Further these “heroes”, resulting invented “historic facts” that, ostensibly “in 1921 at will and Stalin Artsakh’s decision (Nagorno and Flat Karabah) and Nakhichevan have violently been attached to Azerbaijan” that last in 1988 “living in NKAR Armenians has answered by violence, murders and a genocide, having carried out pogroms of the Armenian population in Baku, Sumgait, Gandzak and other places”, justify the Armenian occupation of the Azerbaijan territories: “the Armenian people in reply to aggression of Azerbaijan concerning civilians of Artsakh and the launched war have resorted to self-defense and by blood of the sons in 1990-94 have released a part of Artsakh”.
Accusing to co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk group in “to attempt again to call for a life Stalin’s illegal decision from 1921”, directed on “deprivation of Armenians of an inalienable law to live and create on the native land that actually will provoke Azerbaijan to a new genocide”, authors of the statement state confidence of a victory by means of terror and violence, simultaneously castigating a present management of Armenia which suddenly will sign any agreement on Karabakh: “the Armenians living as in Armenia, so in Artsakh and abroad the same as and 20 years ago, will not allow to realize the Antiarmenian criminal projects which try to impose not received a vote of confidence of the Armenian people, the illegitimate authorities of Armenia, which signature under documents – anything”.
And some forces in Armenia equate a question of delivery of occupied territories already to disappearance of this country in general. The same A. Enigomshyan, a veteran of ASALA, in conversation with the correspondent of the NovostiNK.ru has declared: “Delivery of Azerbaijan even one site of any district of the released territories will have the most terrible consequences, lead to the end of Armenia. This will lead to an automatic infringement of balance of forces. It also will be reflected in a moral and psychological condition of citizens of Artsakh, which will aspire to leave native places, regarding delivery of territories, as infringement of system of safety of all republic. Mass migration of people of Artsakh will facilitate the opportunity to reconquer all the territory from Azerbaijan… Delivery even one part of the released territories will lead to chain reaction will be gradually handed over and the remained territories, and also it will lead to loss of Artsakh and Zangezur”.
For the sake of justice to say that this Enigomshyan rights, because he, as well as many Armenians, knows that all the mentioned territory of Azerbaijan, and sooner or later they will return to Azerbaijan. And on the unwritten law of nature that is selected by means of force, that is, by violence, certainly come back in a similar way. Ah, that, obviously, and the Armenians are afraid.

Revenge in Armenian method
Everybody knows that the feeling of revenge can’t be prevented nearly by all other matters. But undoubtedly, the feeling of revenge, as any other feeling belonging to lively creature, has its level, borders or everything has its limit.
But Armenians have this feeling more different, it has its special shade which belongs to only Armenian nationalism. And this feeling is unlimited, infinite, various, inhuman, cruel…
Just 2-3 examples of the endless list of Armenian spiteful “examples” are enough to affirm this inborn national “distinguishing” specialty. “There were thrown corpses of the Muslim peasants, pulled up parts and cleaved inward parts of their bodies along the road leading to village. Majority of them were children and women! The rich and people of high rank organized the carnage, and Armenian army executed this carnage. There were carved deep wells and the helpless people who would be killed as animals, were thrown to these wells. Armenians, who are responsible for the carnage, filled houses with eight years old Muslims and then cut their heads”. These lines are cited from the report of lieutenant-colonel Gryaznov about the Arzinjan carnages in 1915. “We are witnesses of Khojali tragedy. We saw the deformed corpses of the protectors of Khojali ourselves, hundreds of peaceful inhabitants – women, children, the old… This was very terrible view. Armenians, punishing 5-6 years old children, babies, pregnant, don’t look like any other killers” – these were said by one of the witnesses of the Khojali tragedy, French journalist Jan Iv Yunet. And this is excerpt from the book “Resurrection of our spirits” of Zori Balayan, one of the main instigators of the Armenian “movement” for getting Nagorno Karabakh back from Azerbaijan: “When we entered with Khachatur to the dungeon where they were kept (Azerbaijani captives – G. J.), our soldiers had already nailed a child to window frame from his elbow. In order that he didn’t shout, Khachatur tucked his dead mother’s breast to his mouth. Then I did with this 13 years old Turkish boy what his ancestors did with our children. I stripped skin of his head, chest and stomach off. He died after 7 minutes as the result of blood losing… My heart was so calm, because I revenged for my nation’s pains although in a very little dose. Khachatur cut the dead body into parts and gave to dogs, which the Turkish was born by. We did like this with more 3 Turkish at night”.
I suppose that these are enough to create a reader view about the real revengeful character of Armenians. But it should be noted that Armenian revenge doesn’t differ only for punishments or physical tortures to Azerbaijanis whom they hate causelessly. Armenians consider the annihilation of all historical, cultural, religious heritages related with the Azerbaijani nation as their ancient debt, not depending on location of the buildings of the named categories. In defiance of the according international documents, all Azerbaijani monuments in the Western Azerbaijan where is called as Armenia at present, also monuments at the occupied Azerbaijani territories were destroyed by Armenians. But you see, all these aren’t enough for Armenians. Endless feeling of revenge caused the annihilation of other Azerbaijani monuments even in other countries. Here is an example of these revengeful “activities” of Armenians.
There was a monument in the Russian city Sevastopol erected in the pride of Azerbaijani soldiers of 77th Red Flag Azerbaijani division, who took active parts in the fights for liberation of Krim and Sevastopol from German occupiers. And once it became target of Armenian revenge.
At night from October 4 to 5 of 2009 this monument was destroyed barbarously. As the result of the led operative-investigating measures it was clear that the acts of vandalism were committed by 47 years old Armenian citizen of Georgia Eduard Arakelyan who used local habitant Andrey Ganin for execution of this dirty work. During the investigation E. Arakelyan showed that, choosing the monument of Azerbaijanis as target of annihilation, he grounded on the felling of revenge while he cut head of the figure of Azerbaijani soldier, as if he imagined that he did it with an alive man and as if realized his revenge for his dead relatives. Besides, he wanted to abase spirits of our dead Azerbaijani soldiers. And this is the Armenian revenge.
During the legal proceedings Armenian vandal also showed another reason for the annihilation of the monument by them: as if he did it to earn money. But this detail creates one more direction in the case: at this condition there is another side of criminal act – customer of the vandal revengeful “operation” of Armenians who took responsibility of its financing. Unfortunately, the court didn’t pay attention to this detail, and maybe it could reveal some secrets of the Armenian center or organization of anti-Azerbaijani activities in Sevastopol.
There is one more attractive fact of Armenian tricks at the case. Armenians tried very diligently to give the criminal case to the Armenian judge Rozanne Muradyan, and it is clear why. And only the intervention of the Azerbaijani society in Krim prevented Armenians’ attempts.
Armenian vandal E.Arakelyan and his companion A.Ganin were punished as they deserved, and the monument of Azerbaijani soldiers was restored by local organizations it put an end to the underlined incident.
Armenians’ uncountable negatives and their revengeful feeling will never end…

Bloody accident in the army of Armenia,
discovering the lie of the leadership of the country for the next time
There was happened an armed conflict resulting with a death on 28 July at a military unit situated in the territories of Khojavend region of Azerbaijan where is under occupation.
Karo Ayvazyan, who was called to military service from Erevan, shot at five servicemen and then killed himself. The shot men were: senior lieutenant Vardges Tadevosyan (Erevan), Robert Ovannisyan (Vanadzor), Artem Manasyan (Charensavan), concretely, all from Armenia (pay attention to this fact). By the way, it should be noted that the responsible agencies of Armenia tried insistently to hide the place of the accident. For example, substitutive leader of the information and relations with community department of Ministry of Defense of Armenia Felix Pogosyan avoided the question about the place of the accident: “There are some tasks that mustn’t be declared or spread. I can only say that the accident happened as the result of strict disorder of the rules of soldiers’ military duties”. Majority of mass media of Armenia (newspapers “Aykayan”, “Jamanak”, “Graparak”, internet sites ARMENIA Today, Yerevaklur – News), also other medias as “Interfax”, “Ria Novosti”, “Lenta.ru”, “Arguments.ru”, NEWSru.com”, Correspondent.ru” and others named the place of accident as Martuni region (present Khojavend) of Nagorno Karabakh (NK).
Artur Sakunc, head of the Vanadzor office of Helsinki association, informed that K. Ayvazyan was caught by the lieutenant being on the post and one more officer of the military unit. Officers awakened the soldier and started to outrage him, also beating. Not bearing the insults, K. Ayvazyan killed the officers, shooting at them. Shooting at also three soldiers who came to know what happened, he killed himself. A. Sakunc also noted that Ayvazyan had problems with his health. When he was called to military service, this condition wasn’t taken into consideration, but was ignored. Armenian newspaper “Graparak” informs that the soldier shooting at his soldiers was a contract-man who lived in the USA. As if he was accused in the USA for predatory attacks and was deportated to Armenia.
This accident isn’t one of those, which demonstrate the situation full of problems at military units (MU) of Armenia, about which we talked about in the previous issues of our newspaper under the titles of “Armenian army in miserable situation” (ed. № 56) and “Where does Armenia go?” (ed. № 58). We are interested in other side of the problem.
The problem is that like the present sarkisyan also post-kocharyan leadership of Armenia always repeated and still repeats with endless insist that as if the Karabakh war was hold by “Military Servants of Nagorno Karabakh” and now the occupied territories is under their control. Concretely, Armenia hasn’t any relation with the present events on the Armenian-Azerbaijani line. Nobody in Azerbaijan, and of course nobody in the world believes in this lie, although Armenian side tries to pursue their lie to the whole world community with importunity belonging them.
The below-mentioned bloody accident again discovered lies of the leadership of Armenia. As you noticed, the killed two officers and three soldiers as the result of the incident were citizens of Armenia. At this moment one question arises: what do Armenian soldiers do in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan? This isn’t the only similar fact. If our readers remember, we talked at the previous issues of our newspaper, at 56th and 58th numbers about soldiers Ambarcum Asaturyan, Paruyre Simonyan, Grant Markosyan, Alik Tevosyan, Artush Sarkisyan, Ogan Arutyun and Gevork Tomasyan, who came to the Azerbaijani side from territories of NK or taken as captives at different times. So, here are all of them – they are citizens of Armenia, but served in NK. Besides, they all affirmed that they were called from Armenia and sent to NK and they were included into the main group of soldiers of NK. Talking about miserable situation in the Armenian armies, member of the Helsinki association of protection of human rights Michael Danelyan noted the fact that 20 persons or 5 percent of 400 soldiers of one military unit are Karabakhians. The rights-protector connected the increasing number of the events of avoiding from military service and corruption in Armenian commissariats with this fact. And that’s why the Armenian leadership tried a lot to gloss over this fact – it is vain labor. As it is said – murder will out…

Even M. Ibrahimov’s dead body is horror for Armenians
As it is known by Mass Media, national army’s ensign Mubariz Ibrahimov tackled unequal fight with Armenian soldiers and annihilated and wounded several soldiers of the aggressive army costing his life during the fires of provocation at Chayli village of Tartar region of Azerbaijan by armed forces of Armenia.
The Armenian side hasn’t returned the corpse of the Azerbaijani soldier, which is in the occupied territories of Karabakh, to the Azerbaijani side since then contrary to requirements of all international conventions. Armenia ignored even the requirement of the International Committee of Red Cross.
It is clear why. Because the bravery of 22 years old M. Ibrahimov, inhabitant of the Aliabad village of Bilasuvar region of Azerbaijan, and the present National Hero of Azerbaijan, and his fantastic attack to the enemy forces demonstrated what the soldiers and army of Azerbaijan are able of doing. And that’s why Armenians “revenge” the Azerbaijani son, of course his dead body.
As the answer to the problem of returning the corpse of the Azerbaijani soldier, the Armenian side at first lied that the corpse wasn’t at the territories of Nagorno Karabakh (NK), then declared that the corpse was neither in NK, nor Armenia. It is just the highest level of impudence, godlessness, rudeness and lowness! As the continuation of these inhuman actions, Armenians did more infamy – at the social net “Odnoklassniki” they published photos of M. Ibrahimov’s corpse. And, publishing dirty, ribald comments, the Armenian users demonstrated their real Armenian nature, characteristic way of behavior with the dead, and with the whole humane values. As the result of all these they achieved disreputability – they didn’t pay attention to one detail: at one of the photos added to the underlined net, M. Ibrahimov was photographed after his death lying on the ground where they put the corpse on stretcher and his hands were closed. What does it mean? No doubt that Armenians are afraid of even the dead hero of Azerbaijan M. Ibrahimov, in other words, even his dead body is a fear for them!
M. Ibrahimov’s bravery, terrible horror for Armenian armed forces and the whole Armenian community, was the next example of intrepidity and manhood for the Azerbaijani youth. He died protecting his Motherland – died bravely! Perceiving dying he rose to the top of martyrdom, revenging Armenian aggressors for innocently killed thousands of sons and daughters of Azerbaijan, for the attacks that caused his country moral, material, physical damages, for millions of people turned out of their houses. His letters addressed to his parents also demonstrate this: “My dear father and mother. Don’t worry of me. We will meet in the paradise. Pray for me very much. Every night I look at the occupied territories and my heart just breaks seeing the destroyed lands by the enemies. There used to be light at every house and it was heard voices of people before, but now there is dead, cruel silence which always remembers me how the enemies insulted my Motherland on that side. My heart is breaking at these hard days of my Motherland. I have to do this for God. At least my heart will find rest. If I stand martyr for faith, don’t cry for me, on the contrary be happy that I reached my height. Pray the God. Give more alms. Being grandson of sayeed (title of the followers of the prophet Muhammad – G.N.), I will fight against enemies till the end. The God is great. Long live, my Motherland! Your son Mubariz. Bless me”. By the way, the word “mubariz” means martial, fighter.
The National Hero’s father Agakarim Ibrahimov, with sorrow in his eyes and pride on his face, remembers his last talking with his son: “Mubariz asked me for blessing during the last six months, but I didn’t understand his aim. At last time when he asked me again for blessing, I realized my son’s wish. As the answer Mubariz asked me to wish him martyrdom. And after several days when we heard the news that he was martyr for faith, I understood why he asked me for blessing…”
Shamama Ibrahimova, the hero’s mother, cleaning her hard tears, moving away off everybody, said in hardly heard voice: “I am proud of being mother of so brave son. If he born again, I’d want him to take part at fights and kill more Armenians… I am sure that he realized his dream, and his spirit will rest with peace…”
Yes, M. Ibrahimov, member of a common rural family, boxer and fighter, a man with great power, executed his duty before the country and nation properly with his bravery, infuriating Armenians who revenge him with inhumane method – not giving his corpse back. But of course they won’t achieve anything by this way. The main thing is that Mubariz, standing a martyr for faith, could reach cleanness before the God, Motherland and nation.

Terrible summer of seventeen years history
Aggressive activities of Armenia over invasion of the Azerbaijani lands began realizing beginning from the end of the eighties of the previous century, had a very intensive character in 1993 and made that year’s summer very terrible. Armenian armed forces, occupying the whole Nagorno Karabakh (NK) including the ancient Shusha, also Lachin and Kalbajar regions with the help of Russian armed powers till July, started to realize the next step of the undeclared invading war in summer of 1993. They invaded Aghdam city and 90 percent of the settled points of the region on July 23, Fuzuli city and the majority of the villages of that region and Jabrayil region on August 23, and Gubadli region on August 31. At this situation, the occupation troop invaded approximately 4000 sq. km lands of the Azerbaijani territories during two months, and all together including the early occupied lands – more than 12000 sq. km lands, in other words, nearly 15 percents of the Azerbaijani territories left since the soviet period. By the way, it should be noted that the named regions and also the early invaded regions are ones of the richest for mineral resources, the most beautiful and productive regions of Azerbaijan.
As the result of the aggressive war against Azerbaijan 89434 families or 354481 persons – inhabitants of the underlined four regions were violently driven out their native lands and they, being deprived of their resources that were collected during many years, were sentenced to poor refugee lives, being abandoned to all parts of the country. The undeclared war of Armenia against Azerbaijan caused the annihilation of 339 settled points of the regions.
The war, which Azerbaijan was obliged to, stoke very great, moral and material blow to the underlined four regions and also the whole country. 10000 personal and general buildings, 1193 industrial and agricultural buildings, 545 education centers, 411 recovery centers, 739 cultural, 192 communication centers were completely annihilated at the shower destroyed settlements during the occupation. The war caused the annihilation of railway station longing 120 km., 1414 km auto-roads, 69000 km. electric lines, 132 railway and automobile bridges, 131 water cellars, water-pipes of 3125 kilometers, forest massifs covering 2000 ha. lands were destroyed and robbed.
Together with the annihilation of all infrastructures at the occupied territories, Armenian aggressors destroyed also 7 museums with thousands of valuable exhibits, hundreds of historical, architectural, cultural, religious monuments, the remainders of useful mineral resources, there were struck irreparable blows to the ecology of the regions. Azerbaijan was exposed to nearly 20 billion dollars harm according to that period’s currency just only from the four regions as the result of the occupation. But about the main problem of the reality, neither the material, moral harms, nor the cultural harms go in any calculation. We mean the irreparable loses including the people lose. During the military operations at the territories of the underlined regions more than 7.5 thousand persons were martyrs for faith, that 37 of them were given the highest rank – National Hero of Azerbaijan. During the war thousands of peaceful inhabitants of the regions were taken as captives and hostages, disappeared without any explanation, were invalids.
17 years passed from the occupation of the below-mentioned regions of Azerbaijan. The international organizations led by the UN repeatedly discussed the complicated situation in the region which was appeared as the result of the politics of Armenia during all this period, adopted many resolutions and other documents. But what did all these cause? Armenia is “a naughty child” of famous super states – doesn’t settle a score with anybody, continues its aggressive politics, tries to appropriate the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. And nobody can seat it to its place till now. On the contrary, its strong surroundings support it and even the unrecognized Karabakh separatist regime every year increasing the help, even till the provision of the armed forces at present. And surely, Armenia becomes shameless, prolongs the unlucky negotiations of the Armenian – Azerbaijani conflict with the mediation of the unskillful Minsk Group of the OSCE. But it can’t continue so. Azerbaijan must free the occupied lands, also the below – mentioned regions and restore its territorial integrity. And Azerbaijan will do it, worthwhile to everything…
