Protest action held in front of Armenian embassy in Washington in connection with 20th anniversary of the Khojaly massacre

Despite the cold weather and rain in the US East Coast on February 24, dozens of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diaspora members have gathered for the Khojaly protest actions in New York and Washington, APA’s correspondent reports.
Azerbaijan Association of New York organized the silent protest in front of the US, where the Diaspora members addressed the international community to stop Armenia killing Azeri people and commemorate the Khojali victims.
They brought signs condemning Armenians of massive killings and brutality.
Diaspora members in the US capital also held a protest action near the Armenian embassy commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Khojaly massacre. The Diaspora members characterized the meeting as very successful.
Besides that, hundreds of Khojali posters, describing Armenia’s aggression against Azeris have appeared in some New York and Washington Metro Stations and streets on Friday.
