The rally held in “Taksim” Square of Istanbul on 20th anniversary of Khojaly genocide finished.
APA’s Turkey correspondent reports that the resolution was read at the end of the rally.
The resolution underlines that Armenians perpetrated the genocide in Azerbaijan’s Khojaly city on February 26, 1992. It was noted that the perpetrators of the genocide must respond in accordance with the international legal laws.
The resolution demands that the liberation of Azerbaijan’s lands from the occupation, returning of Azerbaijanis to their lands and declaration of the region as “Peace region”.
Azerbaijani and Turkish singers performed together the “Sari gelin” folk song.
