“Azerbaijan and Armenia must avoid provocations. OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs have issued such a message to the sides,” French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Pascal Meunier said while commenting on the statement “Minsk Group co-chairs may the first passengers of Khojaly airport” made by the separatist regime in Nagorno Karabakh, APA reports.
The diplomat said the sides must avoid steps that can be mutually misunderstood.
“Armenians’ proposal seems strange to me, as the co-chairs call on both sides to avoid provocations,” he said.
