Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers are expected to meet with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in Paris today. APA reports that Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has already left for Paris to attend the meeting. OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ new ideas on the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be discussed during the Foreign Minister’s visit. Today OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are also expected to meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
It is unknown whether the foreign ministers of the two countries will meet in Paris or not. Edward Nalbandian said last week that the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers would be held if necessary. Though the co-chairs plan the foreign ministers’ meetings, the meetings’ format must be determined by the ministers.
