The OSCE Chairperson’s Special Representative for conflicts, Ambassador Andrii Deshchytsia is on a visit to Azerbaijan. APA reports that Andrii Deshchytsia plans to meet with Defense Minister Safar Abiyev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and representatives of the Presidential Administration. The Special Representative will discuss the current state of the peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, preparations for the South Caucasus visit of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara.
OSCE Chairperson-in-Office plans to visit the region in June.
After paying a visit to Azerbaijan, Andrii Deshchytsia will leave for Georgia and Armenia.
