100-th issue of the significant newspaper
When 9 years ago we established a bilingual newspaper “Golos Karabax” – “Voice of Karabakh”, we set ourselves the task of expanding the propaganda in the world the realities of Azerbaijan, in particular, on the part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Then we had no idea how justified our expectations.
Passed time, and here, already there was 100-th number of the called press organ, however, figure it seems not so impressive though behind it is big and laborious work of small collective of the monthly newspaper which fruit are hundreds historical, analytical materials. Today we with full confidence and with feeling of deep satisfaction can tell that our expectations in the majority are met and this newspaper proved as the serious representative of local mass media.
The newspaper, starting with the first issue, highlights issues related to the real history of Azerbaijan, with the culture, customs, and outstanding personalities of the Azerbaijani people, the history, the true cause of severe consequences and the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, with the put of material and moral damage to the country and its citizens as a result of undeclared war, the bitter fate of millions of people expelled by Armenian armed gangs from their homes, with the negative features of the Armenians, including their inherent and eternal passion appropriation of foreign lands with the aim of creating a utopian mythical “Great Armenia”, with committed terrorist acts with respect to the peaceful Azerbaijani and Turkic peoples, etc.
A special place in the publications is given in the said newspaper during the negotiation process to resolve the conflict, the theme of unsuccessful imitation of the OSCE Minsk Group, authorized to provide a permanent forum for negotiations towards a peaceful resolution of the crisis on the basis of principles, commitments and provisions of the OSCE, the issue of the double standard of the world community to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, sometimes biased position of international organizations in this regard.
Articles and objective analytical materials on subject of Azerbaijan, Karabakh, printed under the headings “Karabakh”, “Karabakh war”, “Occupied territories of Azerbaijan”, “Genocide of Azerbaijanis”, “Khojaly genocide”, “National Heroes of Azerbaijan”, “Glorious pages in the history of Azerbaijan”, “Black pages of history”, “Blood Memory”, “The Armenians”, “History and the Armenians”, “Outstanding Personalities about Armenians”, “Intrigues of the Armenians” and so on, make the newspaper interesting for a wide range of English and Russian readers.
The main propaganda importance of the called newspaper that goes with our support in a refined form of the English and Russian languages, and being the only foreign-language publication of the country with a special purpose of propaganda just cause of Azerbaijan, is that now with the help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country and other channels, it is distributed in more than 60 countries around the world, delivered to the embassies of foreign countries in Azerbaijan, the governing bodies of the republic, universities, non-governmental organization, is sent to the library at Stanford University U.S. state of California, the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations in foreign countries, etc. etc. At the same time materials of each issue of the newspaper take place in the internet site www.azerbaijanfoundation.az thanks to what the circle of its readers extends every day.
In a word, it is possible to tell with confidence that the “Golos Karabax” – “Voice of Karabakh” newspaper is the modest contribution to our national case of promotion of a right cause of Azerbaijan removed itself in a rank of a significant publication.
Personally on own behalf, on behalf of our Association warmly I congratulate staff of “Golos Karabax” – “Voice of Karabakh” newspaper editorial office on issue of its cellular number, I wish the best successes for the sake of a victory in our national reality – in a question of permission of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, restoration of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan!

Tribune of the internally displaced person
S. Sargsyan and his likes will have to answer for the evil deeds!
I induced to write this letter extreme irritation from speech of Serge Sargsyan, president of Armenia illegally re-elected for the second term at ceremony of the inauguration held on April 9 of this year where he, as they say, again made digs at Azerbaijan.
I am not reached simply with that this person guilty of misfortune of million people, has enough impudence still to threaten us. After all one million of my fellow citizens, as well as I, without any fault became refugees or internally displaced persons, lost all condition, endured inconceivable difficulties, a stress, the physical and moral impact which traces won’t be gone never. That we worried before and after occupation of our village, I wouldn’t wish even to my enemy. And how many such broken lives?! After all, why? Only, because of absurd ambitions of Armenians.
Our village Juvarly, located at the foot of the Dashlyburun mountain, near the magnificent cliffs and gorges Gyzylgaya Indzhirli, was one of the most picturesque towns of Fizuli, was, as they say, nothing less than paradise. There were also historical monuments, such as the centuries-old age Uchug. The village has been around for hundreds of private farms. But, to our misfortune, on top of Dashlyburun was the Armenian-populated village Murguzlu. And since the late 80s of last century, the Armenians were subjected to constant bombardment from the installations “grad”, “crystal”, cannons, machine guns, etc. Sometimes they placed explosives in worn-out tires and rolled them down from the heights to our village. How much was destroyed, burned houses before the occupation of the village at the end of July 1993, how many people were seriously injured! And our villager Cherkez Rustamov was shot by the Armenian sniper in the head. They killed both of our young countrymen, whose body for some dark intentions took away with them.
After Armenians occupied our village, and from there began to shell at the regional center – the city of Fizuli, which they occupied on August 23, 1993.
Having forcedly left the village, within 2-3 months my family – I, my wife and three children – stayed in Garakhanbeyli village, which too was intensively fired by the heavily bombard installations, and then – on a farm in the Sabirabad district. Seeing that it is impossible to live here more, we moved to the capital of the republic of Baku where lodged in one 16 square room of a hostel and where in intolerable narrowness, in the hardest conditions we live here for 20 years.
Many intense and terrible moments are endured by us since the beginning of the Armenian undeclared war, but one of them I and my children can’t still forget. Once, when we were in Garakhanbayli, possessed me terrible passion to go to the village and look to the house, although it was extremely dangerous. All family went there. While we were there, juvenile children began to play with their toys under the tree. After a short time, I called them, had to leave. We have not moved away from that place even for a hundred meters, how two shells “Grad” fell – one right on the spot where 5-6 minutes ago, children were playing, and the other – in our house. Yes, Allah again, saved us from the obvious death…
And type of bastards of S. Sargsyan, begun so-called “the Armenian movement” for assignment of the Azerbaijani lands and being responsible for all our troubles, in addition play today our feelings, periodically making various venomous and irritable statements.
Really they don’t know that sooner or later will have to answer for all the evil deeds in the relation of innocent people, hundred thousand women, children, old men?!

E.Suleymanov’s address to PACE leadership
and an obvious pro-Armenian position of the last
According to mass-media, during the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), 22 April 2013 discussed the results of the current presidential elections in Armenia.
In this regard, member of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, MP Elkhan Suleymanov has adressed to Mr. Jean-Claude Mignon President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Mr. Woyciech Sawicki Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and all members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
In the address stated: “I would like to express my opinions regarding those discussions. At the meeting of Monitoring Committee held on 20th March, Ms. Karin Woldseth, Head of the Election Observation Mission to Armenia, evaluated the elections as democratic and welcomed them. Thus, we have submitted a motion with signatories of 24 MPs’ from 5 countries regarding the presidential elections of Armenia being undemocratic. At the same time, I would like to tell that 196 out of 225 MPs present in PACE January session of this year voted for the resolution of Monitoring Committee based on the report regarding the democratic situation in Azerbaijan and this resolution included the paragraph on military occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenia.
Stating once more the fact that the UN Security Council, European Parliament, and Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe have adopted resolutions condemning the occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenia and demanding Armenia to unconditionally release the occupied Azerbaijani territories, I ask you to answer my following questions:
1. How do you approach the fact that Armenia, member state of the Council of Europe keeps under occupation the territories of Azerbaijan, another member state of the Council of Europe, for about 25 years?
2. How do you assess re-election of Sargsyan, organizer and one of the active participants of Khojaly genocide, as the president of Armenia whereas he has not put an end to the occupation for more than 10 years’ term in office for a president of Armenia and has not taken any positive steps towards the peaceful settlement between the two countries?
3. Do you consider attempts to put into operation Khojaly airport in the occupied Azerbaijani territories during his term as a president of Armenia as sabotage aimed at escalation of tension in the South Caucasus?
4. Armenia will chair Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from July of current year. How do you assess the chairmanship of the state, which keeps under military occupation the territories of the other member state, in the institution which controls European values, democracy, human rights, and rule of law in the Council of Europe?
5. Does not the evaluation of elections held in the aggressor country in the light of democracy and in general, the membership of the aggressor state to CoE contradict democracy, freedom of speech and the rule of law?
Dear colleagues, unfortunately, I have not received any reaction to my statement addressed to you on 18th March 2013. However, I hope justice will win and you will support democracy, human rights, and the rule of law”.
Information on how misters Minion, Yagland, Savichki and members of PACE reacted on E.Suleymanov’s address, unfortunately, we yet don’t possess information, but to us the general results of discussions of the above question at PACE session are known. And, according to mass-media analyses, PACE estimated results of the last presidential election in Armenia “the best, than previous”.
In PACE report following the results of an election of the president of the called country the presidential election which has passed on February 18, 2013 in Armenia generally is characterized “by good organization and high level of observance of fundamental freedoms”. And madam K.Voldset called these elections already “test for democracy”. By her assessment, as a whole, they “passed peacefully and quietly, electoral process received a negative assessment only for 5% of polling stations”. Madam, the main observer after a decent praise to the Armenian leadership, as they say, for the sake of decency noted also some “insignificant” violations which in her opinion, of course, can’t cast a shadow on an overall picture “democratic character, transparency and justice of these elections”.
Thus, neither observers under the leadership of K.Voldset, nor the majority of the European parliamentarians “didn’t see” any defects in the organization and elections of the head of Armenia, including commission of pre-election attempt at one of candidates for president, the uncountable facts of falsifications, bribery of voters, etc. They also “didn’t notice” the fiction fact among voters which was exaggerated approximately on one million people. They “don’t know” about post-election protest actions of the majority of the population of the country under the leadership of their colleague on R. Ovannissyan’s PACE in connection with falsification of results of these elections. They “forgot” and that is that S. Sargsyan who in the same way illegally took a post of the president of Armenia in 2008 when 10 people protesting against this lawlessness, were killed. We yet don’t speak about world famous anti-Azerbaijani aggressive policy of the same Armenia.
Here to you and an obvious pro-Armenian position of one of the authoritative international organizations – PACE. About what then to speak?

Chapter 5.
Dictatorship of Germany on Turkey
“Three Turkish torpedo boats had entered the harbor of Odessa, had sunk the Russian gunboat “Donets”, killing a part of the crew, and had damaged two Russian dreadnaughts. They also sunk the French ship “Portugal”, killing two of the crew and wounding two others. They turned their shells on the town and destroyed a sugar factory, with some loss of life. German officers commanded these Turkish vessels. Turkish crews had been given a holiday for the Turkish religious festival of “Bairam”. The Germans raided the town deliberately, in order to make war inevitable… “I know nothing about it”, he (Djemal – F.T.) replied, “It was not been done by my orders”. On the evening of the 29th I had another talk with Talaat. He told me, that he had known nothing of this attack beforehand and that the whole responsibility rested with the German Admiral Souchon” (p. 87).
«One day in October, the German Conseiller, called and showed me a telegram which he had just received from the German Foreign Office. This contained the information that Earl Crewe and Earl Cromer had spoken on the Armenians in the House of Lords, had laid the responsibility for the massacres upon the Germans, and had declared that they had received their information from an American witness. The telegram also referred to an article in the «Westminster Gazette», which said that the German Consuls at certain places had instigated and even led the attacks, and particularly mentioned Resler of Aleppo» (p.258).
Isn’t it the same Resler from Aleppo whom the Armenian side introduces among the list of main witnesses of brutal behavior of Turks with Armenians deported to Syria, habitants of eastern provinces of Anatoly? If it is so, then Mr. Morgenthau unwittingly disavowed the Armenian “witness of charge”. Appears such piquant image: he provoked, he attacked, he led over the series of murders of defenseless Armenians, then became to a witness of Turkish brutality? Or there were two Reslers in Aleppo? And they both were in post of German consul? It is just a muddy history like the whole history of the disputable genocide of Armenians.
Chapter 6. Hypocrisy
[attachment=2:ris.-k-100-4.doc]Today nobody has a doubt in the fact that deportation of a part of Armenians from East Anatoly in 1915 happened under pressure of Kaiser’s Germany. Also no doubt that other sides also had a role here: young Turks, dashnaks, tsar army of Russia e. t. c. When Henry Morgenthau was asked about this moment, he carefully answered: “I did not feel called upon to decide officially whether Turkey or Germany was to blame for these crimes” (p. 258). Thanks to the Armenian propaganda, the guilt of Germany was washed then and lost out of memories of nations. Germans could “run off” Armenians instead of just a little thing: in 1921 a killer from young Turks – Sogomon Tekhleryan – was recognized as innocent by the German court. As if the court made such judgment for the psychic disability of the defendant. And that’s all. “Incident” about Germans’ participation in deportation of Armenians was ended. Although it was enough that baron Wangenheim raised his left little finger in 1915 and there wouldn’t be any deportation. Nearly, 15 years after the underlined Berlin case, the world became to witness of the most abnormal and disgusting deal. The people, who escaped from the deportation, run to serving for the organizer. Killer of their relatives became to employers for Armenians.
Ferenc Salosyan (Salashi) – hangman of Hungarian Jews and dictator of Hungary in 1944-1945
A fragment from article of Boris Rabiner and Vladimir Edelman “Liberation of
Europe from nascists in 1944-1945”, “Forum” newspaper 17 April 2008.
A fragment from article of D. Semenov “We have a future here – representatives of society in Hungary suppose so” of 26 June 2008.
Armenians got salary, orders, titles, jobs, productive soldering and other goods from fascist hands. Armenians didn’t shame of swearing for Hitler and Himmler. “Lost your head, don’t cry for hair”. So, yesterday’s victims became to knackers. Part of European Armenians, also Armenians of other regions, was transformed into participants of genocide of Jews. Under order of one of them – Ferenc Salosyan – in the end of 1944 nearly 800000 Hungarian Jews (different authors give different numbers) were killed. Those who bow before memories of fascists (Valdemar Frencel (from Tiflis Armenians); general Drastamat Kanayan; Vartan Sarkisyan; Razmik Nazaryan; general Abver Garegin Ter-Arutyunyan; Alfred Muradyan and other fuehrers) has enough impudence to require Israel for recognition of their claims (30, 31, 32). In the USA they swear for loyalty before American Flag, in Lebanon together with “Hezbollah” they prepare death for Israel and stand against strategic interests of America. Do Mr. Schiff, Radanovich, Pallone, Kirk and their associates make pro-Armenian resolutions in Congress of the USA thanks to the above-mentioned moments? Certainly, it is an interesting question.
