“At the meeting with Azerbaijani Head of State Ilham Aliyev, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs once more underlined that Azerbaijan, taking a constructive position, is interested in continuing the negotiations and building peace and stability in the region,” Elnur Aslanov, Head of Political Analysis and Information Provision Department of the Presidential Administration, told journalists, APA reports.
Aslanov regretted that Armenia has repeatedly expressed its non-constructive position at the level of state officials and with its policy has already begun playing a role of carcinoma in the region: “Although, Armenia has a very difficult economic situation, continues to surprise both East, West and other countries with its inconsistent policy, of course, we expect more constructive steps and position, rational approach from Armenia. We assume that after the meeting declared by co-chairs, Armenia, realizing its miserable situation, will try to take a constructive position in the region.” /APA/
