He said that Armenia only exposes itself by bringing up the independence of the so-called “Nagorno Karabakh Republic” at the Parliament: “Armenia shows that it isn’t capable of conducting peace negotiations and isn’t ready to fulfil its commitments. I am confident that Armenia’s attempt to recognize the so-called “NKR” won’t produce results. Even if some results are produced, they will be detrimental for Armenia.” /APA/
