A draft resolution on “The situation in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan” has been included in the agenda of meeting to be held on December 16 within the 68th session of the UN General Assembly.
APA reports that “Protracted conflicts in the GUAM area and their implications for international peace, security and development” draft resolution will be also discussed on the same day.
Both draft resolutions were reflected in the articles #34 and #38 of agenda of the 68th session of the UN General Assembly. The discussion of these projects has been previously postponed several times. GUAM Secretary General Valeri Chechelashvili noted that despite great support to the draft resolution submitted by the organization, discussions for the adoption of the resolution with the support of main partners are being postponed.” /Apa/
