The Armenian citizen crossing the contact line of troops is expected to be handed over to his country today.
The secretary of Azerbaijan’s State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons Shahin Sailov told APA that representatives of the Committee and the International Committee of the Red Cross are in Gazakh and holding talks with the opposite side. Following the talks, Arsen Khojayan is expected to be handed over to his country.
On March 7, Khojayan crossed the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops. During interrogation, he said he mistakenly crossed the Azerbaijani territory while tending sheep.
