The delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Brussels.
Foreign Ministry’s press service toldAPA that the Minister will attend the meeting of NATO foreign ministers on Afghanistan to be held at NATO headquarters on December 2.
Mammadyarov is expected to deliver a speech at the meeting and hold a number of bilateral meetings.
