“I’ll speak about my visits to Azerbaijan and Armenia in the session of the OSCE PA to be held in Toronto on September 18-21. In the meantime, I analyze the information I have collected”, Goran Lenmarker, special reporter to the OSCE PA on Nagorno-Karabakh and Georgia, stated to APA.
He stated he is contented with the results of his visits and obtained very important information. Commenting on the steps taken to improve the relations between Armenia and Turkey, G.Lenmarker said it is a positive factor for the whole region. “This is only the beginning; I hope that the relations will improve. This will positively influence solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as well”. The OSCE envoy considers that sooner or later the issue of so-called genocide will be discussed within Armenian-Turkish dialogue as well.
