TRADE GAMES
As the result of the occupation, the region was damaged about the amount of 7.1 billiard dollars except of the borderless moral and social damage. 264 persons were martyrs for faith, 103 persons were invalids, 65 persons were taken as captives. 18 children at the age from 1 to 16 were martyrs for faith, 225 were invalids, 1071 children became orphans and 31 of them lost both of their parents. 65507 lachinians were located at 59 cities and villages of the republic. More than 30 thousand private buildings, 142 administrative buildings, 61 agricultural, 48 industrial objects, 152 centers of education, 14 medical centers, 247 cultural centers, 4 museums, hundreds of historical, cultural, architectural monuments, ancient cemeteries and religious praying centers, 450 trade points, 23 building and 16 industrial departments, coach station, automobile ways longing 2130 km., 92 bridges, the water-pipe longing 1187 km., 33 water houses, heating line longing 20 km., 14 bath-houses, 8 petrol stations, electric lines longing 2636 km., gas pipe longing 498 km., radio-telephone communicative lines longing 10200 km., 3 TV stations and many others were annihilated or burnt by the Armenian bandit groups. There were asphalt plants, quarries, other local industrial plants, sewing workshops, there were exploited marble deposits, there was opened a branch of Sumgait Aluminum and Machine-building Plant, a branch of Baku medical technical school № 1, the line of trade, social, cultural, communicative and communal services was increased until the occupation.
There were nearly 200 historical monuments in Lachin region including the cave of V century in Khochaz village, the tomb of Malikajdar of XIV century in Jimjimli village, Kafir castle in Zeyva village (XVII century), the palace of Khamzasoltan in Khusnu village (XVIII century) and others which were destroyed by the Armenian vandal groups.
The State preserve of Lacin region – Garagol appeared under occupation. The main part of forests with rare plants was used for furniture industry.
It is absolutely clear today that the Armenian side isn’t going to return back Lachin to Azerbaijan. Besides, Armenian families have been settling intensively in Lachin city since the end of 1993 according to disposal of the leadership of Armenia. The city was renamed into Berdzor, and Lachin region was renamed into Kashatag region by Armenians. Besides, names of nearly all villages were changed, for example, the great village Minkand became “Khak”, Zeyva – “Cicernavank”, Sonasar – “Dziasar”, Aligulular – “Algumishen”, Sadinlar – “Stunis”, Sultankand – “Kashatakh”. Muslim mosques were annihilated and 3 churches were built inside as there wasn’t any church until the occupation.
It is clear also that Armenia, wishing to create the second Armenian state at the territories of Azerbaijan, requires to give them the so called “hall the breadth of 15 km.” connecting them with NK.
But all these are a vigilant Armenian thinking which is just impossible.
Lachin is the historical Azerbaijani land and its status will be never changed. And it will be cleaned from Armenians soon.

Killer Oganyan, Armenians’ admirer Bordjuzha and the “witch” OCST
Armenia keeps one fifth of the Azerbaijani territories under occupation more than 17 years thanks to its political and military leadership, it prolongs the negotiation process over regulation of Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict blowing dust into the eyes of the international organizations and the co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group.
The main “blowers” are the former and present presidents of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and Serj Sarkisyan, the former and present ministers of foreign affairs Vardan Oskanyan and Edvard Nalbandyan, deputy minister of foreign affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan, the minister of defense Seyran Oganyan and others. Exactly the last one has told lie for the latest time.
Let us note that there was held the international conference “Organization of the collective security treaty and South Caucasus: perspectives of peace and safety in the region” on May 19 of the annual year in the capital of Armenia Erevan. We should mention that the gathering was held by Organization of the Collective Security Treaty (OCST) which members are Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Armenia. And S. Oganyan, the minister of defense of Armenia had also made a speech at the underlined conference.
We will touch the speech of the minister of defense later, but now let us introduce this hero, the real criminal, killer of thousands of innocent citizens of Azerbaijan – women, old people, children. Oganyan was born in the Azerbaijani city Shusha – the crown of Karabakh. Growing up with bread and water of this land, Seyran, thanks to his traditional negative Armenian characters, betrayed his native land and became its enemy. And he purposely created his service life for getting possibilities for realization of his sly plans against own country. In 1988 when the territorial intentions against Azerbaijan started to be open, he reached to be passed from the Groups of soviet armies in Germany to the Caucasus Military Committee – commander of 366th motto-shooting regiment located in Khankendi (Stepanakert) and was the substitutive commander of the motto-infant battalion of the regiment until 1992 and the commander of the 2nd motto-infant battalion. During this time he could direct the whole battalion’s energies against Azerbaijan and used the military technique, weapons and soldiers. And since 1992 when the regiment had been already built, Oganyan started to serve at “NKR army” – he was chief of staff “the committee of self-defense of “NKR””, first substitutive commander of “defense army”, “minister of defense of “NKR””. He has been chief of the staff of military forces of Armenia, the first deputy minister of defense, and he has been the minister of defense of Armenia since 2008. Of course, it is not pleasure for us to write about autobiography of any scoundrel, we just want a reader to see how this killer has promoted to the ignominious activities.
So, S. Oganyan said at the above-mentioned conference: “Today the situation in South Caucasus isn’t stable, there is potential danger of boom… Armenia is interested in strengthening of stability inside its borders. Before all, I want to touch the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict which hasn’t been solved till the present time. We are the decisive side of peaceful solution of the problems…” Then the minister threatened Azerbaijan with their “strong brother” as OCST: “At the condition of restoration of military activities by Azerbaijan against “Nagorno Karabakh Republic”, we will have to make the aggressor refuse its intentions by force. It is inevitable as Armenia is the guarantee of physical safety of the population of Nagorno Karabakh… Armenia has a right to rely on the reaction of OCST on the condition of military aggression of Azerbaijan related with Nagorno Karabakh”.
It was necessary to ask this scoundrel: who is the author of “the present potential danger” in South Caucasus indeed? How the country-aggressor can support the peaceful solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict if it had occupied one fifth of territories of the neighbor country during the undeclared war? And the hope of Armenians for OCST is just a fantasy. At first, nobody is going to use aggression against Armenia that OCST would have to interfere in it. Secondly, Azerbaijan will have to liberate its territories from occupation on the condition of ineffectiveness of the negotiation process and nobody can call it as aggression – we just liberate our territories recognized by the whole world community from the occupiers that doesn’t consider to OCST. Thirdly, the population of Nagorno Karabakh won’t need any guarantees as Armenia and the army of Armenia consisting of 30 thousand soldiers, living in Azerbaijan at present time without any problem, will be given a chance to be in the citizenship with the last one.
It seems it is necessary to inject this common logic also to the brain of Mr. Nikolai Bordjuzha, OCST general secretary who made abnormal statements about readiness of his organization for supporting Armenia on the condition of restoration of military activities. He, touching the tension in Caucasus at the above-mentioned conference, said: “The position here becomes strained against the background of the increasing military statements of Azerbaijan at recent times…”. Bordjuzha didn’t forget to praise his “little brother” too: “Armenia is one of the most active members of OCST although all unpleasant results here”. It is clear to everybody the meaning of “although all unpleasant results here”. He tried to frighten Azerbaijan with the “witch” as OCST as if he scared children. By the way, the members of OCST – Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan don’t support this organization. Azerbaijan keeps its right to liberate its territories from the occupiers by any mean including the military way on the condition of ineffectiveness of the negotiation process. And nobody including OCST can prevent this.
