Getting the order of N. Narimanov, M. D. Huseynov introduced the problem to the discussion of Caubureau at the same day – on 27 July which there was decided: “To gather extraordinary Plenum of Caubureau of CC RCP and send the following telegram to Narimanov and Myasnikov: “The presidium of the Caubureau of CC RCP suggests to take part at the extraordinary gathering of the Plenum of Caubureau. In the case of your non-participation the decision of six members of Caubureau in Tiflis will be considered compulsory. That’s why we insist for your immediate arrive”.
Each time when the person, with a machination way occupied an armchair of the president of Armenia, opens a mouth, from lips it by all means starts to flow a stream of lie, a slander, the informer to opposite, that is, the Azerbaijan party.
Quality of the liar, slanderer, the tale-bearer, the present president of Armenia Serzh Sarkisyan – isn’t news to world community. But what is interesting that still patiently listen to it, voluntary putting itself to the place of the naive. And this fact helps to “progress” of his arrogance. Last speech of president of Armenia on 66th plenary session of the UN – is proof of this. Be patient and get to know the latest sarkisyanovsk nonsense, slander and disinformation.
“Three years ago, having the honor of speaking from this tribune, I said it was time to seriously address the right of peoples to self-determination in the conditions of 21st century”, – said Serzhik and, referring to the fact that Sudan gained independence, continued: “The same choice has made two decades ago also the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to exercise their right to self-determination, survived in the war unleashed by Azerbaijan and by blood having deserved the right to free life”. The right to self-determination – is a principle of international law and no one, including Azerbaijan and never ignored the given principle. But there are some nuances, and before we talk about them, I have to again touch on one issue repeatedly mentioned by us. To make the nature of the above-mentioned international principle requirements for the establishment of a second Armenian state in the territory of Azerbaijan Sarkisyan ever intentionally use the phrase “the people of Nagorno-Karabakh”. “But it is well-known that there is no such people, there are Azerbaijan, Armenian, Russian, Georgian, etc. nations. And here we are talking about the population living in the territory of Azerbaijan, besides Armenian and Azerbaijani. As for the sarkisyanovsk claims on “realize of the right to self-determination” then, firstly, the international principle of self-determination at all doesn’t mean obligatory tearing away of a part of any country to that Armenians aspire. Secondly, to tell lies about the “war unleashed by Azerbaijan” – is super impudent slander. Surely there must be the chronology of events, clearly showing who is burns wars. Thirdly, if it is on the right of self-determination of people, then this is right where 250 thousand Azerbaijanis living on primordial lands in the territory of present-day Armenia and expelled by the power in the late 80s of last century?
Lied about the absence of Azerbaijan’s desire to reach a mutual agreement, and even his attempt to break the negotiation process, Sarkisyan has continued his mud eruption: “Baku turned hatred of all Armenians in state propaganda, raising it to more than a dangerous level. It’s not just our estimate – about the danger signals and specialized international organizations on struggle against racism and intolerance. The most dangerous is when Armenian phobia ideas take roots in the young generation of Azerbaijanis and threatening also to the peaceful co-existence future. By denying and destroying the entire Armenian, Baku persistently continues at all levels and everywhere, including here in the framework of the UN to distribute false accusations against Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia. Azerbaijani propaganda machine periodically continues to broadcast the world community and own people monstrous lie about the so-called “atrocities of the Armenians”, in particular, about the murders of minors”.
Unnecessarily, especially to prove that all this, readdressed to Azerbaijan, entirely concerns the Armenia. Someone – who, as the Armenians just have no moral authority to speak on the rooting elimination of hatred, intolerance, racism, for these qualities in their own inherent. And what is a “specialized international organization”, signal the “Baku risk of hate”? What can say, if the territory of present-day Armenia, which until early last century was the Azerbaijani land, currently there is no single Azerbaijani, while even after so many Armenian sabotage in Azerbaijan seamlessly over 30,000 Armenians live. If we are talking about the false propaganda, the Azerbaijanis in life will not be able to catch up in this case, the Armenians, because it is their professional skills.
As for the brutality of the Armenians, their infanticide, there is no need to argue. The whole world became the witness of a criminal conducted by the Armenian-Russian military monstrous in Khojaly genocide, Jamilli, Garadagly, Agdabane, Dashalty and other settlements. By the way, Khojaly operation directly supervised this itself “humanist” Sarkisyan. Only this year, two Azerbaijani children (9-year-old Fariz Badalov and 13-year-old Aygun Shahmalieva) were victims of the Armenian butchers – the first was killed by a sniper bullet in a court yard of the house, and the second was killed by a bomb explosion which built into the toy.
Although it will be repeated, but for the sake of proof lies Sarkisyan, I should result known fragments from products of Dawood Heyriyan “In the name of the cross” and Zori Balayan’s “Resurrection of our soul”, where the Armenians themselves clearly demonstrate the Armenian cruelty.
An excerpt from the first book: “… This frosty morning, we had to build a bridge from the dead persons to cross the length kilometer marsh near Dashbulag. I do not want to go over the corpses. Then the lieutenant colonel Ohanian gave me a sign, so I was not afraid. It is one of war laws. I stepped on his chest a blood-stained girl of 9-11 years old and moved. My shoes and trousers were covered in blood. And so I have passed about 1,200 bodies… March 2, Armenian group Gaflan (he did the burning of corpses), has collected nearly 2,000 dead pagan Mongols (the Turks), and have burned them in separate piles of one kilometer west of Khojaly. In the last truck I saw a girl of about 10, wounded in the neck and arms. Closely looked carefully and saw that she was breathing quietly. Despite the cold, hunger and wounds received, the child was still alive. I will never forget the eyes of a child struggling with death! Then a soldier, whose name was Tigranyan, took her by the ears and dragged her to the pile, doused with fuel oil already. Then they were set on fire. And then I heard in the array who was shouting, begging for help. I could not go any further. But I wanted to release from damned all sacred Turks and Shusha. So I went back. And they went on their way in the name of the Cross…”
An excerpt from the second book: “I also worked at the behest of national honor and sacred duty of male reprisals against those stinking Mongol spawn. When we with Khachatur have entered into a cellar where they held, our soldiers have already nailed for elbows of the child to a window frame. That he did not do a lot of noise, Khachatur stuffed into her mouth cut off his chest killed her mother. Then I did this 13-year-old Turk what his ancestors did to our children. I ripped off his scalp and skin from the chest and abdomen. He died from blood loss after 7 minutes. I as a doctor on the first speciality – a humanist (?! – red.) and therefore did not feel happiness from that made it to the child. But my soul is cheered by the fact that at least a hundredth of revenged himself for the pain of his people. Khachatur cut the body into pieces and thrown to dogs, from which this Turk was born. In the evening we did the same with three more of the Turkic offspring. But I performed duty an Armenian patriot and a citizen. Khachatur also covered with sweat. And I saw in his eyes, and then the rest fighting for revenge and a strong humanism (?! – red.)”.
Whether any comments are necessary?
And later in his speech, the president of Armenia continued to redirect to Azerbaijan the defects related to Armenian side and negative, but do not want to wag their long and your nerves are so disgusted him with disgust and wash. But I want to mention one more of his nonsense: “We definitely welcome the international community, rooted in a clear position, which eliminates the possibility of any immunity or pardon for those who carried out the genocide or other crimes against humanity”. Yes, and we welcome it, but at the same time we just do not understand why still remains unpunished, inviolable and forgiven Serzh Sarkisyan – the real author of genocide and crimes against humanity?

Another electoral farce in Nagorno-Karabakh
As it is known, on 18 September this year in the territory of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) another electoral farce has taken place – an election in “local self-government institutions” has been held.
This is the account that election show of the illegal regime in NK, arranged for the period when the given region of Azerbaijan under Armenian occupation. And, despite the fact that, none of the so-called election is recognized by any country or international organization, the leadership of the illegal regime at the instigation and support of Armenia continues an illegal merrymaking. “Elections in Nagorno-Karabakh were held and will be held” – is a statement of the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, once again confirming the fact of the given support by Armenian of illegal election campaign, which he did on September 26 in Yerevan to discuss the report of the Eminent Persons Group of the Council of Europe “Live together. How to combine the diversity and freedom in Europe of the XXI century” is organized by the International Centre for Human Development (ICHD).
Meanwhile numerous statements concerning non-recognition of elections began to be published at an illegal mode. “Elections in Nagorno-Karabakh seriously violate relevant rules and principles of international law and therefore have no legal force. Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) does not recognize the so-called elections in local government, which took place on 18 September in the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan”, – was declared by the secretary general of organization Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu. The official representative of FAM of Russia Alexander Lukashevich, making comments on named “elections” in local governments, has underlined: “As it is known, Russia doesn’t recognize “the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” as an independent state”. “It is clear that if doesn’t recognize “NKR”, not recognized, and any “choice” in that territory. The given statement can be interpreted as a demonstration of understanding of the official Moscow foundations of international law as regards self-determination and a definite hint of their misunderstanding, misuse and misinterpretation from the official Yerevan.
“The Georgian Foreign Affairs Ministry confirms the unequivocal support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan within the limits of its internationally recognized borders, and does not recognize the so-called “elections in local self-governments” held in Nagorno-Karabakh, September 18, 2011″ – said in the statement of the FAM of Georgia.
It is quite clear and that the so-called “elections” are organized by Armenia in order to conceal its aggressive policy and consolidate the results of the occupation of Azerbaijani territories, recognized by the international community. On the other hand, non-recognition of “NKR”, as well as any “election” means the recognition of NK as part of the territories of Azerbaijan. Consequently, the elections in Nagorno-Karabakh can be held only by the laws of Azerbaijan, moreover, under conditions where NK will be granted a certain autonomy and status when kicked by the power of the people here, Azerbaijanis will be returned to their homes.
One thing is interesting: why are stubbornly silent, some international organizations, and the leadership of the world’s leading states, officially recognized the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan? After the demonstration of such indifference, unjustified conditions of impunity for repeated flagrant violation of international standards contributes to the generation of such new illegality.
However, it is – another clear demonstration of a policy of the double standards, which are the main obstacle to resolving the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.

New nonsense about the recognition of “NKR”
Despite numerous statements of official representatives of recognized international organizations and leading countries of the world for non-recognition of the illegal formation by them in the name of so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” (“NKR”), the Armenian side, with characteristic persistence of this nation and continues to exaggerate the pseudo-propagation in the given occasion.
More recently, the head of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) Bako Saakyan, speaking at an event to mark the “20th anniversary of “NKR”” in Yerevan, has sounded new nonsense about recognition of the illegal formation: “Karabakh will be recognized, and then find out the relations with Azerbaijan… There is no such situation, which can reject us from the selected way, I am sure that achievement of our goal – a matter of time”. A few days earlier on the same raved at the UN tribune the illegitimate president of Armenia Serzh Sarkisyan. Such absurd babble as a parrot is repeat forever and the other “person” as Armenia and the “NKR”.
The issue of recognition of “NKR” not that disputable – it’s all nonsense and unattainable dream of Armenians. Not casually, that for nearly two decades, no country in the world, including Armenia itself, and any international organization has done even half a step in that direction. And today, on all sides statements for non-recognition of illegal “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” is continuously sounded. Just a few days ago the official representative of Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Alexander Lukashevich, commenting on the recent so-called “elections in local self-government” NK, has declared: “As it is known, Russia doesn’t recognize “NKR” as an independent state”. Perhaps there is no need to someone specifically explain that failure to recognize the Russian FAM of Nagorno-Karabakh as an “independent state” logically implies the recognition of this region as an integral part of Azerbaijan, as there is at all historical, legal and factual basis. Note that the given statement of official Moscow has addressed a clear message of Yerevan that the use of the principle of Armenia, referred to in the form in which it does, simply out of place in the solution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. With this gesture, Russia gives Armenia understand that self-determination of a part of the population can’t mean its separation from the state and change of borders or territory of the state is inadmissible without the consent of the State.
We have given only a statement of the Russian side regarding the issue of recognition of “NKR”, but such statements, though at the highest levels, it is impossible to count, in other words, this is actually – all countries of the world and international organizations. There is no country which would throw doubt upon the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and would recognize the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh. We’re not saying that all international organizations and, above all, the UN officially recognized the sovereign Azerbaijan Republic is in the boundaries existing within the limits of the former USSR that is, with the Nagorno-Karabakh in its structure.
So, different nonsense of representatives of Armenia, or illegitimate education under the name of “NKR” is just that – other than nonsense and absurdity.
