According to the information of radio service, on February 25, 1992 at 19:50 the commander of armed forces of RA stated the full preparation in all territories of Armenia and all Armenian armed bands. It should be noted that this command was done two hours after phone talk between Mutallibov and Marshall Shaposhnikov.

In the last statements within the summit of the European People’s Party in Brussels and during a meeting with the president of Austria Heinz Fischer the president of Armenia Serge Sargsyan used the sample templet hypocritical statement: “The politician of Azerbaijan for the last year, militaristic statements and unreasonable self-confidence cause tension both on contact lines, and on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. And it is not casual that within the last weeks as a result of provocations soldiers were killed, and the situation was serious”. Also continued the nonsense”: a pier, “provocations are arranged by the Azerbaijani party threaten regional security and call into question efforts on the peace solution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict”.
Every normal person in our region is quite clear understand that the president of Armenia once again plays the hypocrite. To have a global audience is still at least a few words explain the vileness of the man, hiding in this statement.
First, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict as a whole arose because of aggressive policy of Armenia which is guided by its mythical purpose of creation of so-called “Great Armenia” at the expense of lands of neighboring countries. Secondly, if there was no fact of occupation by Armenia one fifth part of territories of Azerbaijan as a result of which one million innocent people were expelled from the places of residence, were subjected to ethnic cleanings, 20 thousand people lost life, about 900 settlements were destroyed, the infrastructure and all historical heritage of the region and if the army of the first doesn’t wander now on these lands are destroyed, there would be no need for “militaristic statements” and “unreasonable self-confidence”, so strongly frightening invader Serzhik. Thirdly, not statements of the leadership of Azerbaijan “cause tension both on contact lines, and on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border”, and besides the fact of the Armenian occupation, continuation of aggressive policy of Armenia and frequent provocative violations of a regime of ceasefire from its party as a result of which there are loss of human life from both parties. By the way, absurdity of sarkisyanovsky saying about implementation of provocations allegedly the Azerbaijani party proves to be true at least one fact of presence of Army of Armenia in territories of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan has never committed aggression against any country, never broke the rules and principles of international law. In contrast, Armenia is not only ignoring them, it also continues to demonstrate a clear disregard for international law. And that’s destructive position of Armenia puts into question the efforts to peacefully resolve the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
In short, the president of Armenia ordinary false and hypocritical statements trying to show off the world community and to justify its ongoing aggression against Azerbaijan, as well as claims to another’s territories.
But all this is – nonsense. Azerbaijan won’t give a span of the earth to the invader of Armenia!
