“We hope that Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents will agree at least on two issues about the basic principles in Moscow”, said OSCE Minsk Group French co-chair Bernard Fassier at the joint press conference in Baku, APA reports.
He said they hoped for agreement on all basic principles by the end of the year. “It will create opportunity for transformation of these principles into the peace agreement next year”.
