Turkish Prime Minister Rejep Tayyip Erdogan gave attention to the fact that the conflicts in South Caucasus region pose a threat to the world in a speech on the 64 th session of UN General Assembly. He said: “Turkey continues its efforts to establish peace and stability in the region . It is time to resolve all conflicts in South Caucasus, primarily in the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict on the basis of restoring the territorial integrity of countries in the region. We hope that in this matter the region will share the position of Turkey in the field of peace, security and stability. The suggestion made by us after arising in the August 2008 crisis, stability and cooperation platform for the South Caucasus is an important project that could contribute in this direction.
