Measures are being taken to transfer the IDPs living in schools, military units and Finish settlements in Azerbaijan, Deputy Prime Minister, chairman of the State Committee for refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov said, APA reports.
Ali Hasanov said 596-flat settlement is being built in Goranboy region fore the IDPs from Kalbajar, the work will finish within two months. The project to transfer the Finnish settlements in Imishli and Yevlakh regions is ready. The IDPs will be transferred from schools and Finnish settlements simultaneously.
Ali Hasanov also said that land plot has been allotted to transfer the IDPs settled in the military units in Mushfig settlement, Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev settlement. Measures are being taken to transfer them.
Ali Hasanov underlined that about 360 IDPs settled in the facilities of state importance will also be transferred. The construction of the 9-storey building for them will finish by September.
