ACTUAL QUOTATION
Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan:
“The Armenia has occupied a part of territory of Azerbaijan and carried out ethnic cleansing policy resulted in withdrawal of over million of civilians from their native lands…This conflict can be regulated only on basis of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan”.
From speech at working supper with the participation of Heads of States and Governments of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council in Bucharest, on 3 April 2008
Mikhail Saakashvili, President of Georgia:
“The relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan are not only friendly and neighborly but also of strategic partnership. The development of Georgia influences on Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan’s development exerts influence upon Georgia. Our countries have high-level relationship. The success of Azerbaijan is our success, and Georgia’s success is Azerbaijan’s success, because we are mutually complementary.”
From press-statement during NATO Summit in Bucharest, on 3 April 2008
NATO Summit’s Final Declaration:
“…We, Heads of Member States of North Atlantic Alliance are concerned with ongoing regional conflicts in South Caucasus and the Republic of Moldova. Our countries are for territorial integrity, independence and sovereignty of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and the Republic of Moldova. We’ll further support efforts directed to peace solution of these regional conflicts, on basis of these principles.”
Item 43 of NATO Summit’s Final Declaration from 4 April 2008
(But the territorial integrity of Armenia was not violated and its’ inclusion to a list of countries in territories of which there are conflicts is absurd – ed.)
Magdalena Fricheva, a Coordinator of International Crisis Group:
“International community should influence on Armenia that it releases political prisoners and creates appropriate environment for the solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The democracy in Armenia has had great losses; the authority is concentrated in the hands of executive power and security service. The International Crisis Group considers that European governments and the United States should give Armenia to understand that the cooperation will become complicated if democratic development is not guaranteed. If appropriate steps are not taken very soon, the EU and the United States should temporarily suspend foreign aid to Armenia”.
The ICG statement from 8 April 2008
Andrian Severin, Member of the European Parliament from Romania:
“We condemn the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia, noting the inadmissibility of ethnic cleansing policy towards Azerbaijanis under the veil of self-determination principle. The principle of self-determination does not relate to national minorities but to nations. The Armenians have already ensured their self-determination consisting of Armenia”.
From statement at a meeting of MFA of Azerbaijan in Baku on 30 April 2008
Jan Kubish, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe:
“The regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh should be based on territorial integrity of Azerbaijan”.
From statement at a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs in Baku on 28 April 2008
The US Department of State:
“The United States does not accept the Nagorno-Karabakh as independent state, and leadership of this structure is recognized neither by international community nor the United States. The United States recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and considers that future status of Nagorno-Karabakh can be determined by negotiations capable of ensuring long and solid peace between both parties”.
From statement made by Marianna Toussaint, representative of the US Department of State from 28 April 2008
RAND Corporation:
“To normalize relations with Armenia Turkey lays down as precondition the solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The fundamental break-through resulted in the opening of Turkish-Armenian frontier is possible only after regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict”.
From RAND Corporation report for BBC US from 22 April 2008
Peter Schieder, Honorary President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe:
“The Kosovo should not be considered as precedent for any conflict particularly for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The problem between Azerbaijan and Armenia should be solved in compliance with international legislation. The Armenia should respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, call off its troops and refrain from any interference. Both conflict parties should observe the standards of the UN, OSCE and Council of Europe”.

A baby sleeps in this grave…
Biography
To write her biography or not? She is a child whose name, surname and parents are unknown. People of Khojaly name her Nishane, Khojaly`s sign. She was born Khojaly and killed in February, 26, 1992 aged 5.
Armed Armenians decapitated five years old child and put out her eyes that night. Nobody could recognize her. The fate of her parents is also unknown. The late TV reporter Chingiz Mustafayev brought her from Katik forest in February, 26, 1992. They were two little girls-Gulmira Murad kizi Mehtiyeva and Nishane Khojaly. Armenians killed Gulmira`s father Murad, her grandfather Shafa and sister Aysel.
Nishane`s grave is near Gulmira`s in Shakhid` Avenue in Baku. Gulmira`s mother, Aunt Nane brings fresh pinks to their graves for 16 years…
Why do not you cry and revolt against the world, oh nameless grave buried in bloody pinks?!
People, speak a little bit quietly… A baby sleeps in this grave and no one could calm her down if she` wakes up and cry!
Missing “Close” from Khojaly
Biography
Abdulov Zahir Elmar oghli was born in 1974 in Khojaly and lost in February, 26, 1992 aged 18.
Equals in age and even his grandmother Ganira named him “Close”. He was stumpy, nice and strong chap.
He placed a lot of women and children to military plane arrived at Khojaly in February, 13, 1992 last time. But he did not get on board himself. “I will not leave my father”, he said.
That day he brought cartridges to volunteers and soldiers of self-defense fighting against the enemy in single-storey house. Yet Zahir had to abandon Khojaly after the city was occupied. Early in the morning, February, 27, eleven men from the group heading for Katik forest were captured. Zahir`s father, Elmar was a soldier of Khojaly self-defense. Armenians killed him in captivity. Released women said Zahir was alive till March, 3, 1992. He wore a uniform of a soldier of National Army and Armenians beat him, humbled, outraged and mocked at him: “Militant”.
There was no news about Zahid since them.
Now people of Khojaly recollect Zahid watching famous film and hearing the name of Close.
…What remained after him except memories…?
A MAN FROM HELL GOES TO HEAVEN
Hell in the world-Armenian captivity
(Fragments from namesake documentary tale by G. Nasirov about awful treatment over Azerbaijanis in Armenian captivity)
(beginning in the previous issues)
Fazil Abbasov: “What can you tell about the facts of Armenian tortures and humiliation over our captive country-men?”
Ilgar: “They were frightfully tortured. Jail in Shusha was in the worst state. They gave us nothing to eat, beat from morning to night! Children and adult tried to eat something even grass to fill stomach but were terribly beaten. I witnessed murder of a captive for an egg… A man got an egg and did not share it with his comrades. Armenians found it out and shot him down as if for his miserliness. So, they just needed any trivial cause to beat and shoot a man. They specially held about 15 strong, healthy sportsmen to beat ours. They periodically mutilated us. Once we were again maimed and when Pier from “Red Cross” came, Armenians told us not to tell about massacre. They “advised” us to explain our wounds as fall down and threatened to kill us if we blurted out. Pier asked what happened to us and some people told they fell down. But Pier did not believe them. I told Armenian beat us. Pier was very humane man. He alarmed the whole world community. Those sportsmen were hardly taken away or they could just beat us to death…”
Doctor Yusif: ‘They beat and killed people even without any reasons. Doctor Shamsi, Yagub and others were undermined trying to escape. Armenians heartily desired to found out the organizer of the flight but assumed the whole responsibility to punish other captives. Then I asked Shamsi why they did it as it was a real risky. He said it would be better to escape from it as they came for example at night and ask us to open our mouth and urinate. I want to say it was not easy to kiss National flag in front of such rascals. I think it is more than heroism and even more than struggle against five people. I want to note that I witnessed selflessness against frenzied foe but never saw more courage as kissing of National flag by Ilgar. He became unattainable for me. It was upbringing and inspiration lesson though I was older. Other people were also very proud and Armenians were morally shocked.”
Ilgar: “They have always envied sincere, friendly relation between us”.
Doctor Yusif: “I swear on my honor they were astonished with my natural behavior while operating an Azerbaijan or Armenian man. They felt they could not behave like that at my place.
Fazil Abbasov: “During our conversation with service men they told us captured Armenians were prepared for anything, for treason, espionage, etc. But we did not have such people except Ilgar.
Doctor Yusif: “My country-woman from Dashkesan village of Jebrayil region was also captured. She was mentally ill. She did not change her inner temper. Being in Yerevan I witnessed many times Armenian confessions of high moral level of Azerbaijan prisoner of war.
Fazil Abbasov: “Ilgar, you told of competition prepared by Armenians being in hospital…
Ilgar: «They organized a pompous and musical competition of high level. We turned over in our mind what to do. For example during the war against Germans football match between Germans and Kievers was a real matter of life and death. It was the same matter. Then we decided to leave everything as it was. There were chess, backgammon and wrestling. So, he had to complete with Armenian prisoners. Do you believe that we won over everybody? They were shocked at our victory in the competition. One of our comrades Nazar dealt with everyone in a blink…

OF A “CHRISTIAN” TERRORIST STATE

Chapter II
EARLY STAGES
Official beginning of Armenian terrorism
Founder of political organization Dashnak Doctor Jin Loris Melokoff wrote: “In fact oligarchy headed the party (Dashnak Committee) and party interests were above people’s for them. They made their choice from bourgeoisie and merchants. Finally, they set to terror as these methods exhausted and instructions of Russian revolutionaries to cover ultimate methods with justice became familiar for them.”
Witnesses testify on national terror of Armenian terrorists. Pay attention on declaration signed by Jewish citizen Albert S. Amateau in Ottoman country. He swore an oath and signed his declaration on notarial proceedings in Sonorma County, California, October, 11, 1989.
Mr. Amateau said a group of rich Armenians was killed in Izmir in 1906. Mr. Khaik Balgosyan and his friend Mr. Artin Balokyan were shot down by two men in front the apartments of Balgosyan in Karadash, in Izmir. Some days later a spacious building Sivri-Ssaryan was detonated in the center of Izmir Bazaar where household things and foodstuffs were sold. As a result Mr. Akop Ssaryan and many Armenian workers were killed. Later Armenian criminals sent their confidential threatening letter to a number of Armenian merchants, doctors, lawyers and architects that they will suffer the same fate as
Balgosyan and Sivri-Ssaryan if not “refunding” the sums assigned by leaders of secret communities.
Russian consul General Maevskiy was in Bitlis and Van that time. In 1912 he reported to Moscow that Armenian revolutionary committees made Armenians and local population so suspicious in1895 and1896 that it was impossible to realize any reforms in those regions. Armenian priests disregarding religious teaching propagated nationalistic ideas. So, cloisters stirred up Christian enmity against Muslims instead of religious ceremonies. Famine in Armenian villages and Muslim attacks did not in fact cause revolts in the majority of Turkish provinces in 1895-1896. To tell the truth, these villages were rich as compared to neighboring countryside. There are three real reasons of Armenian rebellions:
1. Their ideology growing in political sense;
2. Spread of ideas of nationalism, freedom and independence in Armenian unity.
3. Approval of these ideas by Western states and Armenian clergy.
It is clear that neither famine nor tyranny and freedom-loving aspirations did not serve as a base for Armenian mutinies. The main point was striving of Armenian revolutionary committees and Armenian Church together with Western countries and Russia to overthrow Ottoman Empire. Missionaries and Armenian revolutionary committees funded by some states invented and propagated various events on Muslim genocide over Christians in Europe. These fables were also presented in press as true facts though it was quite opposite in reality.
Armenians formed a small part of population on the territory they named “historical Armenia”. Encyclopedia Britannica issued in 1910 stated that Armenians made only 15 percents of population on disputable lands. If Turkish majority did not come to take Armenian place after their resettlement by foreign forces it would not be possible to talk on their independence achievement in any part of Ottoman Empire.

NATIONAL HEROES OF AZERBAIJAN
Ragged dreams
He dreamt of becoming a policeman and to stand on guard of native land, to be honorable and responsible servant to protect his compatriots. He served as a worthy son of his motherland but could not realize his wish. His dreams broke half-way…
Agil Sahib oghli Guliyev was born in Urud village of Sisian region of Western Azerbaijan named Armenia now, on September, 19, 1963. He entered evening courses of Azerbaijan Oil Academy (AOA) having finished secondary school. He was called out for active military service on the third student year. After military service he decided to stop his education in AOA. He longed to follow his dream. In 1982 Agil entered Higher Militia School in Kharkov. Having graduated he began his teacher career there but could work only for two years as the most troubled times in his life began since 1988…
That time Armenian separatists began their notorious “movement” for annexation of Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region to Armenia. Hundred thousands of his congeners as well as Agil`s parents were awfully expelled from their ancient settlements. He could not stay indifferent in fact. Agil returned to Baku with his family, went to the staff of National Army of Azerbaijan and enrolled himself as a volunteer. Lieutenant A. Guliyev set off for Agdam region with 45 volunteers. He was appointed company commander. Agil`s brother Nasimi headed volunteer intelligence group.
Agil deployed his first operation in Khojaly near Khankendi. Forces of the 366th Russian rifle regiment and Armenian forces directed to Khojaly. Agil made his best to secure peaceful people of the city.
February, 1992… Khojaly was encircled with armed troops of 366th regiment and Armenia. Armenian armed gangsters savagely annihilated innocent people by means of technique and regiment. Agil`s company dealt several destructive blows against hostile troops. During 18-25 February Company Commander A. Guliyev was doughtily fighting against Armenians and crushed dozens Armenian fascists. Agil was severely wounded in the legs in region named “Gas Office”. His comrades tried to carry him to a safe place in February, 25. Yet they were found their death here. Agil also died. Only in five days his corpse was taken out off the battlefield…
He had a daughter. A. Guliyev was buried in the Avenue of Shakhids.
Agil Sahib oghli Guliyev was posthumously conferred honorable rank of National Hero of Azerbaijan under the decree of the president of Azerbaijan Republic in June, 7, 1992.
One of Baku streets is named after the hero. There is a memory plaque in honor of courageous militia officer on the wall of the house he lived in.

OCCUPIED AZERBAIJAN TERRITORIES
15th Anniversary of Kelbajar loss
Armed Armenian units began large-scale operations on occupation of other Azerbaijan regions round NKAR having seized the whole NKAR and Lachin 15 years ago. Kelbajar became the next victim after Lachin.
Large-scale offensive attack of Armenian-Russian armed troops against Kelbajar region bordering on Armenia in the West began since the end of March, 1993. It was realized from Zod, Agdere and Lachin regions of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan units were to abandon the region after stubborn and bloody battles in April, 2, 1993. About 450 citizens of republic were killed and 321 people of the region captured that night. During military operations armed gangster units brutally annihilated locals of the region. Military forces of Armenia dealt with people of Agdaban village with extreme brutality and committed genocide against them. 130 village houses were burnt and 770 civilians massacred in April, 7-8, 1992. 67 people were killed, 8 men of 90-100 years burnt alive, 2 infants, 7 women and 12 men were severely injured and two were missing. Today Kelbajar people expelled from native lands are settled in 56 regions and 707 settlements of Azerbaijan.
Kelbajar with territory of 1936 square kilometers and population of 58340 people is located in a very strategically important place (according to official statistic data, population of the region forms 63735 men-ed). This Azerbaijan region is a very significant region economically. Its territory is rich in minerals like gold, mercury, chrome and mineral water. There are such mineral springs as Istisu and Bagirsag. Istisu can well compare with mineral springs in Karlovy Vary. There was world-known sanatorium since Soviet regime till occupation. Locals of Kelbajar were mainly engaged in agricultural manufacture. There were more than 500 industrial, construction and commercial objects, collective and state farms as well as 324 social objects in the region with 130 settlements. Majority of them were destroyed, burnt and looted. 97 schools, 9 kindergartens, 116 libraries, 43 clubs, 42 rest homes, 9 hospitals, a lot of historical, architectural and cultural monuments, sanctuaries were destroyed.
Azerbaijan budget suffered damage of 703, 5 billion mantas as a result of Kelbajar occupation.
The UN Security Council approved the resolution No. 822 on April, 30, 1993 concerned about the escalation of military operations and invasion Kelbajar district by Armenian troops. . UN Security Council was seriously disturbed with the situation threatening regional security and resettlement of majority of people and extraordinary humanitarian situation, especially in Kelbajar according to inviolability of international borders and territorial integrity of the states, inadmissibility to use force to occupy territories. It also called for immediate cessation of all military operations and hostile acts to establish firm cease-fire and withdrawal of occupied forces from Kelbajar and other seized regions of Azerbaijan, asked Secretary General on consultation with active OSCE Chairman and Chairman of Minsk Group to estimate situation in the region, in Kelbajar in particular, and to report to Council. It is annoying that the fact of the resolution remained on paper.
15 years passed since that bloody day. Yet, Armenia upholding terrorism goes on with its aggressive policy having occupied one fifth of Azerbaijan, including Kelbajar region and ignored the resolution and other international documents.
Armenians have enough time to think over; moreover to come to reason and leave foreign lands until its nose is smashed…
H.JEBRAYILLI,
“Voice of Karabakh”
KAMAL CHICHAK: “THERE WAS NO GENOCIDE ON APRIL, 24”
(APA interview with head of department of Armenian researches of Turkish Historical Community Kamal Chichak)
– Minister of Internal Affairs of Ottoman Empire Talyat Pasha signed decree on Armenian resettlement to prevent facts of betrayal of Ottoman Empire in May, 27, 1915. What is then the reason of Armenian going into mourning annually on April, 24?
– Reviewing historical documents we can make certain that the decree on Armenian resettlement from one region of Ottoman Empire into another was not signed on April, 24. Leaders of Armenian gangs betrayed Ottoman Empire were arrested on April, 24 and sent to Ayash prison near Chinkar and Ankara. That day 235 leaders of Armenian terrorist units were arrested in Istanbul and 321 in other regions, mainly in Kaiser. One of foreign heads of Armenian gangs Komitas was released in 13 days on decree of Minister of Internal Affairs. Later he left to Vienna under official permission and died in Paris. Though we have documents on detention of 556 Armenians, some foreign historians invent that 2500 men were as if arrested with the majority executed. Escort of 75 policemen convoyed prisoners sent from Ayash and Chinkar by train. Many of prisoners were allowed to walk in the city to daily attend police station to witness a signature on their location. If it is a main point of April, 24, why then Armenians commemorate this day as “genocide”? The reason is scenario written by Vagakin Dadriyan. According to it, events of 1915 were to be combined with points of UN Convention on genocide of 1948. After Ottoman Empire joined World War I in August, 1914 mobilization was declared. Armenians were also kept under supervision and called out to Army. So, many of Armenian gangs lost their leaders. The second part of Dadriyan`s scenario tied the hands of Armenians after detention of Armenian gang leaders on April, 24. While decree on Armenian resettlement was signed in May, 27, they became defenseless and were sent to their final journey.
Were Armenians arrested on April, 24 in fact innocent? No, they were members and leaders of Armenian terrorist organizations like “Dashnak”, “Gnchak”, and “Ramgavar”. Arrested Armenians had a large quantity of arms. They were preparing mutiny against the country in state of war. Ottoman Empire took necessary measures on their neutralization as any other country would act. Were they decapitated after arrest? No. They were put into prisons under close control. Later 55 men were released, 57 were exiled and some were resettled in other cities. The main reason was turning of their negative activity into passive. Thus, Armenians commemorate this day as mournful.
– Premier Rajab Tayip Erdogan in his letter of May, 8, 2005, proposed Armenian President Robert Kocharyan to establish joint committee to investigate events of 1915, though did not get positive answer. Armenians turn down establishment of joint committee may be on account of awareness of fact distortion
– Yes, they know. Kocharyan marked in his return mail that “we can not accept this proposal as here discussion of “Armenian genocide” is provided. However it is historical truth and can not be an object of discussion”. Kocharyan proposed to establish intergovernmental committee not the committee of historians while these events passed into history. Kocharyan just wanted to make this issue political. Armenia constantly repeats that it wants to improve relations with Turkey. Armenia occupied territories of our Azerbaijan brothers do not have right to lay down terms. Only Turkey can do that. Our main condition is Armenian liberation of occupied Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, no country but Turkey makes a protest against Armenia seized part of Azerbaijan. The whole world placed an embargo on Saddam Hussein occupied Kuwait. Countries have to impose embargo on Armenia occupied Azerbaijan. If Armenians want to be friend to us they have to permit historians to learn history and acknowledge our borders. Armenia has to give up ideas related to “genocide” and not to call for territories of Anatolia. It is unserious policy.
ARMENIAN HANDWRITING IN CONTINUED ANTI-AZERBAIJAN FALSIFICATION
The whole world knows about Armenian anti-Turkic and anti-Azerbaijan propaganda and false over the ages, to be more accurate since the appearance of the notion of “Armenianism”. One should note that scope and rate of Armenian propaganda and false grows every day, hour, minute and second…
We discussed definite facts of such Armenian “activity” in the previous issues of our paper, such as edition of maps and atlases with Azerbaijan territories imagined as Armenian, falsification of Azerbaijan history and its integral part of Nagorny Karabakh in “Big Russian Encyclopedia”, “Big Encyclopedia”, “New Encyclopedia”, alteration of names and appropriation of Azerbaijan domains, adoption of works of literature, arts, architecture, music and musical instruments, even of great Azerbaijan figures and making them Armenian, readdressing of their inhuman activity to Azerbaijanis, annihilation of every Azerbaijan historical thing, etc.
One should mark specific character of such Armenian “activity”: Armenians realize many of their anti-Azerbaijan tricks by means of third, fourth parties to cover up their tricks.
A day or two ago regular similar tricks in Armenian handwriting became obvious. Day.az site published indignant letter of our compatriot Elkhan Asadov from Moscow: “We often silently witness misinformation of adult audience by propaganda pro-Armenian forces. But it is impossible when children are misinformed. I want to inform you on scandalous fact I personally came across”. Later E. Asadov said he bought Nestle dry meal for children (see enclosure # 1) in METRO shop in Moscow with the disk “Travelling-Amusing lessons” (see enclosure # 2) in April, 26, 2008.
”Everybody understands, children like such “presents” (marketing devices) very much and my son is not exclusion. He began watching disk at home computer with interest and found strange information on Azerbaijan.
By clicking on a flag in the section world flags one can get brief and useful data on a state.
By clicking on Azerbaijan flag (see enclosure # 3) we can read the following: “Once Azerbaijan was a part of Soviet Union. Having won independence Azerbaijan declared war against its neighbor, Armenia”.
Do you imagine how children or teenagers unaware of these two Transcaucasian republics are misinformed? It is clear slander of criminal nature! Azerbaijan has never declared war, moreover to Armenia! It is quite the contrary. Armenia laid claims to Nagorny Karabakh, integral part of Azerbaijan and began undeclared war against Azerbaijan to realize its insidious plans.
Do you think above-mentioned disk is a mistake or casual “incorrect” formula as it was noted in apologetic letter? No, of course! Armenian implication will be obvious if proper investigation to be held.
To tell the truth, “Nestle” begged to be excused, informed on immediate abeyance of “Cosmostars” products with present disks “Travelling-Amusing science” and impressed present disks. “Nestle” also warned “General Millz”, company producing disks with wrong information on Azerbaijan and recommended to make necessary amendments. Yet these measures do not offset a great disadvantage caused to Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis.
Day.az meanwhile got the message from our compatriot from Belarus He sent a letter and photos and informed that jam from walnut sold in Byelorussia is as if produced by JSC “ARC”, Armenian Republic, Stepanokert, Terteryan Street, 4 (see appendix.4). Importer is as if “Armenian cognacs”, Belarus, 220030, Minsk, Oktyabrskaya Street, 19. Pay attention to Armenian handwriting. First, there is no as such city as Stepanokert. Second, when did it become Armenian part? During former Soviet times Azerbaijan city Khankendi (khan and kend means khan village) located in Karabakh was renamed into Stepanokert in honor of butcher of Azerbaijan people, “Bolshevik revolutionary” Stephan Shaumyan. After the collapse of legislative system this city was again given historical name of Khankendi.
Armenian handwriting has always had its effect on Anti-Azerbaijan propaganda and falsification. It perhaps will go on as long as Armenian root of evil exists.
Evil can not last forever!

“TOMB” VILLA FOR ZORY BALAYAN
I think there is no need to present to any of our readers a creature named Zory Balayan as he is well-known for his nationalistic, chauvinistic, instigating activity and his evil “works”.
Yes, exactly “creature” as it difficult to name him human, for me at least. How can we name him human as he is always out for blood, annihilation and torture of children?
If you do not agree to such reference of “Great son of Armenian people” you can read any of his “works”. May be it is not worth digging in dustbin. It is enough to read an extract from his book “Resurrection” given below: (Vanadzor, 1996) “…only Armenian, the heart of whose nation was pull out and thrown to the fire of sorrow, can feel a pride and satisfaction from these words.
Under the dictate of civic duty and sacred man’s duty I was also dealt with the massacre of this stink Mongolian race (i.e. Azerbaijanians – G.J.).
When with Khachatur we entered into basement where they were kept, our soldiers already pinned one child to a window-frame on his elbows. To stop his making noise, Khachatur pushed his dead mother’s cut breast into his mouth. Then I did the same with a Turk boy of 13 the same what his ancesters had done to our children. I excoriated and striped his scalp off from his breast and belly. He died because of loss of blood after 7 minutes. As a doctor (my first speciality) I am humanist (?! – G.J.), I did not feel happiness from what I did with this child. But my soul triumphed that I could avenge my national pain.
Khachatur cut up the corpse and threw to dogs from which this Turk was born. During the evening we did the same with other three Turk boys. But I fulfilled a duty of Armenian, patriot and citizen. Khachatur also douched himself. And I saw in his eyes and then in the eyes of others a fight between revenge and strong humanism (?! – G.J.). Then the major Suren, my fellow said: “We are not animals, but we must keep a cold heart. The souls of victims killed by the Turks – hangmen, should be soothed.”
Next day we went to the church and prayed for the souls of those who died in 1915, by begging to purify our souls from that filth which we saw (read as “did”- G.J.) yesterday. But we could not clean Khojaly from another 30,000 filth that seized this part of our Motherland.
Then in Suren’s home while his wife poured out Jermuk, Khachatur said in a tired voice: “Armenians should free their native lands and continue the rehabilitation of the Armenian’s greatness. In Heavens it will be accounted and our conscience will be clear before ancestry, as we’ve done our duty.” I cannot but agree with him.”
Do you now agree to my description of Balayan? It is not a complete picture yet. One of these days we became aware of another demonstration of “humanity” of Balayan. According to APA Karabakh bureau, marble villa for Armenian writer Zory Balayan, one of the initiators and leaders of Armenian-Azerbaijan animosity was constructed on occupied Azerbaijan lands, in Garakend village of Khojavend region where a military helicopter MI-8 was brought down and entailed death of Azerbaijan senior officials and pressmen, Russian and Kazakhstan representatives on November, 20, 1991. Where, do you think, they found expensive construction material? Those marbles were gravestones taken off headstones of Azerbaijan cemeteries. Armenians used grave marbles for other constructions also.
Only living beings as Z. Balayan can quietly sleep in the house gravestones. It is alien for a real human.

ARMENIANS USED PROHIBITED ARMS IN KARABAKH
Early in April, this year an appeal of UN Secretary General Pan Gi Moon on the occasion of International Day of Education on mine security and assistance in mine cleaning was published.
“Land mines at least in 68 countries make millions of women, men and children to live in constant fear to be killed, to lose hands or legs, let alone they can not easy go to school or to work, to engage in village works or to go to market”, he said in his appeal.
UN Representative Office in Azerbaijan reported to APA Information Agency that almost 6 thousand people suffered from land mines and dangerously explosive war consequences in the world, 2007. Annually more than 100 square kilometers are cleaned of mines and more than 7 million people are enlightened how to escape from danger in mined regions according to the world-wide programs of mine cleaning.
Secretary General called for the states to ratify all documents on disarmament, humanitarian issues and human rights related to land mines, highly explosive war remains and victims of destructive consequences of these devices. “International community will be able to prevent new mutilations and murders and provide implementation of rights of injured families only by ratification and realization of these documents”, he said.
Mr. Pan Gi Moon is quite right as mine danger is one of the most serious human threats, including Azerbaijan where Armenians left a large number of mines. Yet Armenia does not think these appeals, resolution and moratoriums refer to it. Armenia is aggressive country supporting terrorism and separatism. It makes everything against peaceful nations using highly explosive substances and ammunition. Armenia has always related to this practice during military activity in Azerbaijan and goes on at present.
Azerbaijan National Agency on Mine Cleaning (ANAMA) informed, about 65 thousands millions of square meters were cleaned till now, 292 605 ammunitions and mines were found and neutralized. Operations on mine cleaning are held by ANAMA in Terter, Agdam, Fuzuli, Geranboy, Khojavend and Agstafa regions of Azerbaijan. 18 440 479 square meters of the territory were cleaned, 3 antipersonnel and 27 tank mines and 194 479 ammunitions were neutralized during 12 months of 2007. Last year 14 mines were detonated, 14 men were injured and 6 killed.
It is not the end. One of these days another shocking fact on illegal Armenian activity on use of arms and ammunition in the region became evident. Thus, Public Organization “Azerbaijan campaign against mines” realized pilot project in Fizuli, Terter, Tovuz regions of Azerbaijan in August, 2007-January, 2008, Chairman of this organization, Hafiz Safikhanov reported.
Monitoring of the region including inquiry of locals and servicemen, meetings with officials of dangerously explosive regions were held in the places of active battles with Armenian occupational forces. Conversations with people injured with cluster arms were especially significant. It was discovered, that during military operations early in 90th Armenians used reactive cluster air-bombs as “Grad” and mortars prohibited by appropriate international documents. 9 people were killed and 40 injured, including women and children as a result of usage of cluster bombs. According to unofficial data, more than 300 people suffered from cluster arms in Azerbaijan.
International Organization “Halo Trust” is engaged in monitoring on usage, application and storage of cluster bombs. It discovered more than 6500 particles of cluster mines and projectiles in 2007.
So, Armenia goes on with illegal, antihuman measures using barred armament.
I wonder who must stop it.

BEGINNING OF A NEW PROTRACTED PERIOD
It is known that previous head of government Serge Sarkisyan took up a post of Armenian president and Armenian Ambassador in Israel, Vatican and Andorra Edward Nalbandyan became Foreign Minister after last presidential elections in Armenia. It should be marked that Robert Kocharyan was the president of Armenia and Vardan Oskanyan- Foreign Minister for 10 years right up to April, 2008.
One can suppose the course of negotiation process on settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijan conflict for future years. In other words, a new protracted period started in the process of settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh problem. Nothing shifted in this process for last ten years under the power of R.Kocharyan and V. Oskanyan. Of course the issue of settlement is very difficult problem, but at the same time it is Armenian tactics to protract this process more and more. Armenians realize very well that the odds in legal, logic and power sense are in favor of Azerbaijan. So, the only move to win is to protract the process under any pretence. But the sense of this move is covered in scenario to populate occupied Azerbaijan territories with Armenians, to destroy, annihilate and make everything Armenian to claim for these lands in future. The main thing is to achieve complete demoralization of Azerbaijan people and to destroy the will to win occupied places back.
Thus, protracted period of Kocharyan`s government is just over. A new protracted period of Sarkisyan began. It is moreover forcible arguments: new president, new government, new Foreign minister and they need time to “learn details”. Following statement of Co-chairman of OSCE Minsk Group from France Bernard Fassier is not fortuitous: “Armenian Foreign Minister has just joined negotiation process and has to learn definite issues”. There will be found other obstacles and habitual unconstructive claims in future. On the whole any pretext can suit to protract the process. To all appearance Armenians plan to spend protracted period of Sarkisyan-Nalbandyan in this way. Meanwhile they both have already revealed their Armenia nature. Sarkisyan affirms that Azerbaijan has to acknowledge Karabakh independence and only then refer to liberation of other occupied territories. Nalbandyan spreads a false report that as if plebiscite on Nagorno-Karabakh status is stipulated in the document on conflict settlement. Just Armenian ravings. So, we understand who we deal with.
Yet Azerbaijan knows very well what to do and will return every inch of its territories either peacefully of militarily.
Sarkisyan and Nalbandyan should mark it well as any other Armenians!
THE DECLARATION
The declaration of the law enforcement authorities was saying that 4 militants of special forces of Armenian army were arrested during the counter operation.
Vanik Zmboian, Artem Zograbian, Karen Torosian, Agasi Enoikan were detained by Azerbaijani soldiers while illegally pssing to the territory of Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan.
As usual the Armenian side immediately reacted on this and the same day the press secretary of the Armenian Defense Ministry Seiran Shahsuvarian denied the fact declared by the Azerbaijani side.
Armenians presented the above mentioned incident as if a group of Armenian soldiers had lost their way while returning from Khachik village to Noragukh village after visiting their other colleagues. S. Shahsuvarian also informed that the health condition of detained Armenian citizens is normal. “Armenian side has addressed to the Baku office of the ICRC asking them to return the arrested soldiers to Armenia” stated Shahsuvarian.
On May 3 Shahsuvarian traveled to the North East of Armenia along with the Minister of Defense S. Oganian declared the following:
On May 3, at 18:00 local time in the village of Eraskhavan of Ararat mars, the Azerbaijani side will pass to Armenian representatives four citizens of Armenia that got lost several days ago and went to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan”.
Later it became known that Colonel had lied, as there had been no agreement on return or meeting planned with the Azerbaijani side.
The State Commission of Azerbaijan Republic on hostages and missing people informed no meeting was organized on the return of Armenian citizens.
On May 4, the Minister of Defense of Armenia Seiran Ogonian told that the Armenians detained by Azerbaijani military forces were civilians that had gone to a frontline military unit to meet their relatives. They were coming to a military person to solve his personal problem with other military person. Police was called to their place of quarrel and these people had to run from the place of incident. “One of the cars my mistake drove to the frontline and losing its way passed to the Nakhchivan area” concluded S. Ogonian.
No absurd clarification as this could be thought of. It is obvious that border between conflicting parties are not transparent and open as between former Soviet Union members. No one could accidentally pass to Azerbaijan being neglected by Armenian militant at the frontline.
On May 5 the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan Eldar Sabiroghlu informed that Azerbaijani military forces had neutralized Armenian soldiers while they tried to pas to Azerbaijan territory for diversion activity. These four Armenian citizens are soldiers of Armenian Special Forces.
The current issue will be dealt in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation. The Armenian activities contradict the international legal norms”
Another diversion attempt of Armenian failed. Could it happen, only God know what suffering it would bring to Azerbaijanis. We still did not forget the explosions of Armenian special forces in Baku metro station, on railways and other means of public transportation.
It seems piece in the Caucasus will never be achieved as far as a state called Armenia exists.
