Deputy Ministers of the Council of Europe member states has approved the action plan for 2014-2015 intended to support reforms in the field of human rights, rule of law and democracy in Azerbaijan, a message posted on the website of the Council of Europe said on April 17.
The action plan was approved at the meeting of the deputy ministers of the Council of Europe member states held on April 16, according to the message.
Azerbaijan will chair the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from May, 2014.
