Russia and Azerbaijan are working on joint projects related to establishment of joint ventures for production of fruit and vegetables, said the Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev in his interview to RBK TV.
“We are working with Turkey and Azerbaijan on establishment of joint ventures, including logistics centers, storehouses and etc. for production of fruit and vegetables. We try to solve this problem. Moreover, we have to apply to the countries from where we did not bring products for additional import before”, the minister said.
Thereafter, Russian Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov stated that along with Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan also perspective countries for export of fruit and vegetables to Russia.
