Rufat Ahmadzade – APA. “The Nagorno Karabakh conflict is one of the most important problems to be solved, we are concerned about delays in the settlement process,” said the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter at a press conference of the Council of Heads of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE participating States, APA’s correspondent in Basel reports.
He noted that shared his thoughts and recommendations before for resolution of the conflict with the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, ” Within the Basel Summit I will try to meet with the ministers for new discussions. Despite the time constraints, we follow the process and hope that the parties will make positive steps in the assessment of the situation, reduce tensions and reach agreement on the settlement of the conflict. “
