A delegation led by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is in Switzerland.
Elmar Mammadyarov will attend the 21st OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Basel, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s press service toldAPA.
As part of the visit, E. Mammadyarov is scheduled to deliver a speech at the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting and have a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and other bilateral meetings.
