Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk has arrived in Baku, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Pascal Meunier told journalists, APA reports.
He is expected to discuss the current situation on the frontline with the Azerbaijani officials.
Armenian military helicopter was shot down while attacking on the Azerbaijani army’s positions on November 12. There is no information about the fate of three pilots of the helicopter.
Kasprzyk reportedly wanted to visit the helicopter crash site on November 18, but the visit can’t take place as the Azerbaijani side didn’t guarantee the safety.
