Azerbaijani IDPs have lodged 500 complaints about Armenia to the European Court on Human Rights. Judge, Khanlar Hajiyev, representative of Azerbaijan to the European Court on Human Rights stated, AzadInform
reports. Hajiyev stated that one of those complaints was taken for investigation and corresponding questions regarding the case were sent to both Azerbaijani and Armenian governments. “The communication procedure over Azerbaijani IDP’s complaint has finished. A decision on allowing this complaint or not might be pronounced soon”, Khanlar Hajiyev added.
