“Like the entire world community, Washington also supports Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty,” spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev said while commenting on Armenian media reports about the recognition of Nagorno Karabakh as an independent state by Louisiana state of the US, APA reports. Elman Abdullayev noted that the foreign policy of the US is realized by the federal government, not by separate states. According to him, this is another provocation of the Armenian Diaspora.
“They want to undermine the peace process and the future of the region,” he said.
