Speaking at the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of Economic Cooperation Organization (PAECO) in Pakistan, Chairman of Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) Cemil Cicek touched on Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict. He said the ECO countries should express stronger protest against the occupation of Azerbaijan’s territories, APA reports quoting the website of TBMM.
Cicek said they want Northern Cyprus to be invited to the meetings of the PAECO as an observer country.
Chairmen of Parliaments of Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as MPs of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan attended the meeting.
