“Armenia has changed all geographical names in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan,” chairman of the State Committee for Land and Cartography Garib Mammadov told journalists, APA reports. The committee chairman stressed that this step was illegal and the international community recognized those lands as the territory of Azerbaijan.
