The European Union intends to cooperate with Russia in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, APA reports. European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said that this cooperation may be achieved within the mechanisms of current negotiations: “This conflict can be resolved and it is high time to agree on the principles of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict that will satisfy all parties.”
