Over the past two years, Russia, the United States and France have been more active in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, senior official of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov said.
However, there is insufficient pressure on Yerevan , he said.
“Without pressure it is hard to make Armenia to withdraw from the nonconstructive stance in the negotiations on settlement of the conflict,” Hasanov noted.
