“Latvia supports only peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. There is no other way for the solution. I consider that the role of the Europe Union in the solution of this problem will increase,” said President of Latvia Andris Bērziņš, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, in his interview with APA. He said that it is necessary to find a common ground for the settlement of the conflict: “We have also interest in this. Latvia is interested in peace. The peaceful solution of the problem can be found within the international organizations.”
