OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, who are on a visit to Armenia, have revealed some details of the issues discussed with the conflicting parties.
Russian co-chair Igor Popov told journalists that they discussed the withdrawal of snipers from the front line in Azerbaijan, APA reports quoting Armenian “A1+” TV channel.
Popov said he would also discuss this issue with Armenian authorities.
As for the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents, the Russian diplomat found it difficult to answer the question.
“Both presidents’ agreement is needed for bilateral meeting. But we have not met with Armenian President yet. Of course, we want the negotiations to be continued,” Igor Popov said.
