Moscow mayor’s office has rejected the appeal of Azerbaijani-Jewish Friendship Community organization asking permission to hold rally on Khojaly. The organization told APA that Moscow mayor’s office did not give permission to hold the rally on Khojaly scheduled for March 3. Azerbaijani-Jewish Friendship Community appealed to Moscow administration for holding the rally on Khojaly in “Yauziskie vorota” square on February 24. The mayor’s office first sent a letter of consent, later canceled its decision. It was noted that holding such a rally means interference in Azerbaijan’s internal affairs.
