Mr. Zeynalov was born on September 15, 1948 in Jabrayil region of the Azerbaijan Republic. In 1975 Mr. Zeynalov graduated from the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language & Literature. Mr. Nasirov is from Djabrail wich occupied by Armenian armed forces. At the time of occupancy he lost his 9 relatives and near relations. In the occupied area he leaved his home, abandoned property, and the main thing his motherland, sacred places, relative’s graves. During the last 10 years from the motherland grief, long his mother, tow brothers and near 30 other relatives’ dead.
