President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today opened a newly-constructed residential building for the Karabakh war disabled and shahid families here and attended a car handover ceremony for the war disabled.
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Fuzuli Alakbarov told the Head of State that the building has 81 flats.
