The Russian president stressed that prices for arms – it’s not just a security issue, and it is an economic issue, as relates to the state budget.
“We believe that the presence of Russian troops in the Armenian lands serves to strengthen stability and security in the Caucasus,” said Vladimir Putin, commenting on his visit to Gumri./Apa/
