“Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has always kept 20 January tragedy in the focus of attention and adopted relevant resolutions in this regard,” said head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov, APA reports.
Seyidov said that the PACE would continue focusing on 20 January tragedy.
He also spoke about Azerbaijan’s upcoming chairmanship of Council of Europe Committee of Ministers.
Seyidov recalled that Azerbaijan would chair the Council of Europe Committee of Minister in summer of 2014 and emphasized that action plan on the Azerbaijani Chairmanship has been developed.
